Modular container systems are used as stationary or mobile water<br />
treatment plants for producing potable water from sea water.<br />
The systems are pre-assembled, tested and ready for operation. The connection of<br />
raw water, electricity, potable water, wastewater and signal exchange only needs to<br />
be connected to the operating and control systems on site.<br />
We do not use standard shipping containers! Our containers are specially made for<br />
our plants. Special designs are possible. For larger systems, we can combine multiple<br />
containers. The containers are insulated and equipped with a drip tray.<br />
By insulation, heating and air conditioning, we can place our container systems<br />
almost anywhere around the world.<br />

Pretreatment systems<br />
The pretreatment is an important part of water<br />
treatment.<br />
It is necessary to eliminate suspended matter<br />
and organic pollutant of the raw water, to<br />
protect impact the following water treatment<br />
steps. Also free chlorine will demage the<br />
membranes and have to be removed<br />

Potable water production<br />
The container system is used for the potable water<br />
production from sea water or brackish water. In<br />
different application areas potable water or<br />
demineralised water will be required.<br />
Sea water preferably pre filtered by a bank<br />
filtration well will be desalinated by a reverse<br />
osmosis system with energy recovery. The 3-in-1<br />
Energy Recovery Device optimized for sea water<br />
reverse osmosis applications. You get pressure<br />
exchanger, booster pump and motor integrated<br />
into one compact unit for high efficiency and short<br />
pay-back time.<br />
