Hall, From 7:15-9:pm. Anyone who enjoys a good laugh, and a<br />

sing, are welcome to come along. Not necessary to read<br />

Life After Stroke or Brain Injury<br />

Are you a stroke survivor or have you suffered a brain injury? Would you like to try new<br />

activities? Ferndown Leisure Centre have teamed up with The New Forest Paddle Sport<br />

Company, to offer stand up paddle boarding and kayaking to stroke survivors. Please contact<br />

you want to protect your local environment? Do you<br />

like being outside in the fresh air?<br />

If so, come and join our friendly group of volunteers<br />

and help Hampshire and Isle of Wight Wildlife Trust control the non-native plant<br />

called Himalayan balsam which is invading riverbanks in the New Forest area.<br />

The plants are easy to pull up and it’s great fun but might be a bit muddy so bring<br />

your wellies!<br />
