and quaint shops nestled within late 19th- and early 20th-century buildings. Throughout the rest of the village, modern shopping centers
offer stores and services to conveniently meet shoppers’ needs. In all of the Village’s shopping districts are unique restaurants, ranging
from counter service to casual fine dining.
DOWNTOWN
Shopping in downtown Lemont is, in some
ways, like a step back in time. Visitors
to downtown Lemont can surround
themselves in its historic charm while
shopping, dining, or enjoying downtown’s
many attractions. Quaint shops offer
gifts and antiques to suit every occasion.
Downtown Lemont also offers modern
sophistication in a historic setting with
boutiques offering stylish women’s
clothing and salons and day spas.
Downtown Lemont also offers many dining
options that reflect our rich heritage. The
restaurants, cafes and pubs offer a vast
array of cuisine including Italian, Mexican,
American and Polish just to name a few.
127TH & STATE STREET
The 127th & State Retail District is the
crossroads of Lemont. It is the largest of
Lemont’s shopping districts and is home
to three shopping centers featuring
many national retailers, restaurants and
grocery stores. Centrally located within
the community, the shops and restaurants
in this district are convenient for residents
and visitors alike.
LONG RUN CREEK
The Long Run Creek Retail District sits
at the southern edge of Lemont, just
half a mile from I-355. Offering one-stop
shopping, the district features major retail
stores and various convenient stores and
making it a must-stop location in Lemont.
EAST SIDE
Located at the intersection of McCarthy
Road, Derby Road, and Archer Avenue
the area has become Lemont’s newest
entertainment destination. The businesses
of Lemont’s East Side are as unique as
Lemont itself, featuring great local dining
and European-style delis.
Visitors can enjoy a craft beer at a local
grill & tap while enjoying a delicious meal
at either restaurant. Shoppers can pick up
the necessities or try out authentic Polish
and other European specialty foods at
the local fresh market. The district also
offers convenient banking, dry cleaning,
boutiques and other convenience services.
LODGING
Guest rooms and accommodations can be
found in the heart of downtown, near golf
courses and in the nearby scenic area.
