Why is soil life so important to Nutrition Farming ® ?
Soil life has been largely ignored during the last few
decades of extractive agriculture. We have mined our
soils and decimated the critical humus fraction and then
we wonder why soil structure, water holding capacity,
resilience and productivity have diminished. The need for
chemical intervention increased and the cost of feeding
the crop also escalated. Microorganisms are responsible
for the delivery of minerals to the crop, building humus in
soil and protecting plants from pathogens. The benefits

Triple Ten offers an unparalleled, cutting-edge foliar formula involving a hot mix N-P-K (10-10-10), chelated

Micronised Mineral Suspensions (MMS)

NTS Soluble Humate Granules
(75% potassium humate)
A superior quality, cost-effective soluble humic acid
in a versatile, user-friendly granule. This product has
75% potassium humates. The granules are ideally
suited for addition with granular fertilisers, but they
can also be readily dissolved for a cheap source of
liquid humic acid. The solubility of these granules
facilitates a successful fusion of granular fertilisers,
which is particularly important for reducing the lockup
rate of dry-applied soluble phosphate sources,
stabilising urea and chelating and complexing
minerals. This high analysis humic acid is also
excellent for buffering high sodium and heavy

NTS Fulvic Acid Powder
(70% fulvic acid)
Fulvic acid is a powerful organic acid extracted
from humates, offering a host of benefits for both
the soil and the plant. This soluble powder contains
70% fulvic acid – a powerful natural chelating and
detoxifying agent. This powder is easily dissolved to
make a liquid fulvic acid, which can be included with
fertilisers for enhanced response.

DIY Liquid Humus Recipe
To produce a 6% potassium humate liquid, add 1 kg of
NTS Soluble Humate Granules to a bucket and make
up to 10 L with water. Agitate vigorously. 10 – 15%
of the humates are insoluble; let sit overnight and
then siphon the soluble fraction from the top (avoiding
insoluble sediment resting on the bottom). The insoluble
sludge remaining is a valuable addition to composts or
vegetable gardens.
Note: This 6% potassium humate recipe produces a
concentrate with half the concentration of NTS Liquid
Humus (12%), for less than 0.30 AUD per litre.
DIY Liquid Fulvic Acid Recipe
Dissolve product by adding a small amount of water to
make a slurry, ensuring all lumps are dissolved before
adding sufficient water to make a flowable solution. Mix
well and let sit for around 1 hour before use. For larger
quantities, NTS Fulvic Acid Powder can be added
very slowly to a fertiliser pre-mixer vat while agitating
vigorously. If your vat does not have vigorous agitation,
pre-mix, in batches, prior to addition.
For sensitive spray equipment, the final liquid may need
to be pre-filtered (with an appropriate mesh size) to
prevent equipment blockages.
The solution must be used promptly. Do not store.
Note: 1 L of NTS Fulvic Acid Liquid contains the
equivalent fulvic acid to 120 g of NTS Fulvic Acid Powder .

“We started using NTS Seed-Start and Nutri-Life Platform ® a couple of seasons ago on our forage oat seed at planting
time, the two were mixed together and applied at the recommended rate via a funnel mounted on the auger as the seed
was augered into the grouper. We found this to be an excellent way of getting a good seed coverage.
The first thing we noticed after planting was the fast germination and shoot emergence. Soon after
emergence we were amazed at the speed of the root growth and the size of the root mass as the plant
grew, the large fibrous roots spread rapidly and developed a lot of secondary branching. With this large
root system, the crop was then able to hang on longer through any dry periods that eventually came along.
Even after the crop had long been grazed off, during a cultivation in preparation for the following
crop, it initially appeared to be large clods being brought to the surface. After examination, l found
that these “lumps” were actually the intact root balls from the dead oat plant.
We are very impressed with these NTS products and we will not sow a crop in the future
without applying a seed treatment of NTS Seed-Start and Nutri-Life Platform ® ”.
