I’M SURE there’s many in the Lincoln<br />
Springston areas who would like to get<br />
their hands on the low lifes who have<br />
stolen plaques from graves (see page 1).<br />
Taking the plaques from the cemetery<br />
can only be described as despicable.<br />
As Bruce Tweedy, who features in our article says: “I can’t<br />
fathom why somebody would do it.”<br />
The plaques would have been taken to sell as scrap metal,<br />
so let’s hope where ever they turn up the scrap yard has some<br />
record of who brought them in for sale.<br />
Punishment: <strong>May</strong>be use the low lifes for Springston and Lincoln<br />
rugby tackling practice. Bring back the stiff arm head high<br />
to show younger players what they were once like, I say,<br />
