CLOUDFOREST AND ANDEAN HIGHLIGHTS

At Pucará our guide will tell us the legends of these
ruins, and we will have a rest, a cup of tea and a
snack. After this, we will enjoy lunch at Tambopaxi, a
restaurant located within the park with spectacular
views of the Volcano. After lunch, we will drive a
short distance to leave the National Park and visit a
nearby Hacienda dedicated to the production and
export of Roses. In the Hacienda we will learn and
see the whole process of growing these beautiful
flowers. Ecuadorian roses are coveted all over the
world, as this country presents the best conditions
for their production, with 12 hours of sunlight
guaranteed every day of the year. Ecuadorian roses
are appreciated for their long stem, which can grow
up to one meter, and for the variety of species and
colors. In the Hacienda we will see each step of the
process: from the planting to the careful harvest and
packing to be shipped all around the world.
DAY 7
After breakfast at the hotel, we will board the
transport to Quito´s airport for your return flight or
on to your next adventure.
