Get a serious sweat session from anywhere<br />
This is one of my favorite go-to 20-minute sweat<br />
sessions for busy professionals who travel or just<br />
can’t make it to the gym for a workout. The simple<br />
setup: set the clock for 40 seconds of work and 20<br />
seconds of rest for all four exercises, completing<br />
four total cycles in 20 minutes. Your heart rate will<br />
be pumping and leave you dripping some serious<br />
sweat when its all finished.<br />
THE BREAKDOWN: 40 seconds<br />
of work, 20 seconds of rest (X4) for<br />
each of the following movements:<br />
Split Squat – Right and Left Leg<br />
T-Pushups<br />
Skater Hops<br />
