Mr. MOOSA RAZA EFFENDI (Patron In-Chief)<br />

Mr. Effendi has had a pres gious career with Government of Pakistan as<br />

Addi onal Secretary Public Accounts Commi ee, Na onal Assembly<br />

Secretariat, Senior Joint Secretary, Ministry of Defense, and Joint<br />

Secretary, Ministry of Petroleum &Natural Resources. Mr Effendi has also been<br />

Director General of Pakistan Manpower Ins tute, Director General Research and<br />

Publica ons Ins tute of Establishment Division, and Managing Director of Prin ng<br />

Corpora on of Pakistan He also served on the boards of Sui Southern Gas Company<br />

Ltd SSGCL), Government Holding Company (GHC, Hydrocarbon Development<br />

Ins tute (HDIP) under the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Resources and Housing<br />

Advisory Board under the Ministry of Housing and Works.<br />

A er comple ng his MA (Hons) in Philosophy from Punjab University in 1974, he<br />

joined Radio Pakistan as Program Producer. Later he did his CSS and joined Civil<br />

Services Academy Lahore in 1977. He served in various ministries including Ministry<br />

of Culture and Tourism Health and Special Educa on, Informa on and<br />

Broadcas ng, Commerce, Railways, Housing and Works, Petroleum and Natural<br />

Resources and Ministry of Defence. He also had Diploma c assignments Counselor<br />

respec vely. Mr. Effendi had also been associated with training of Federal and<br />

Provincial Government officers as Deputy Secretary (Training) in the Establishment<br />

Division from 1992-95. He also arranged and supervised training courses for<br />

government and corporate sector officers as Director General, Pak Manpower<br />

Ins tute in 2006 Mr. Effendi is the only officer of Government of Pakistan in BS-21<br />

who has been awarded "Shield of Integrity" by Transparency Interna onal, while he<br />

worked as Addi onal Secretary Public Account Commi ee of the Na onal Assembly<br />

of Pakistan Mr. Effendi has also authored a book "Effendi Kay Mozameen" in Urdu<br />

and is a regular columnist in Express.<br />

,NUMS university ,Agriculture university ,MUST university mirpur .She<br />

has been working with KP govt on a project in which their main area is<br />

alimullah has worked in a various pres gious and dynamic organiza ons<br />

Kacross the country where he availed such opportuni es and groomed<br />

himself, that he managed several projects successfully with na onal and<br />

interna onal organiza ons. His great strengths are to accept challenging tasks<br />

and to accumulate knowledge and skills for the mutual benefit of the<br />

organiza ons and for his career.<br />

Kalimullah has done MBA in 2012 from FUUAST Islamabad. He started his<br />

professional career from NGOs and become part of several development and<br />

awareness campaigns in the country. He successfully managed media<br />

campaigns on development and awareness, in collabora on with local, na onal<br />

and interna onal NGO in FATA (Kurram Agency, Orakzai Agency and South<br />

Waziristan). He organized various events for different organiza ons on social<br />

and developmental issues, behavioral change communica on and mass<br />

awareness.<br />

Kalimullah lead the management of FATA Youth Conference held in Islamabad.<br />

He also worked as a field officer in a team for women awareness and<br />

development in collabora on with Elec ons commission of Pakistan in rural<br />

areas of (sindh, KP and Punjab). In 2009 he become part of the Program of<br />

Reconstruc on of the Earthquake-Affected Facili es Health and Educa on<br />

Facili es under the Japan's Non- Project Grant Aid 2005 for Pakistan.<br />

Kalimullah has done different trainings on Leadership Management Skills,<br />

Community Management Skills, Hotel Management skills, Rain Water<br />

Harves ng and Skill Builder Level-1 Plus.<br />
