General information EXHIBITION DATES & OPENING HOURS Tuesday 11th June 2019, 9.00am to 5.30pm Wednesday 12th June 2019, 9.00am to 4.30pm ORGANISERS Exclusively Housewares is organised on behalf of the members of the British Home Enhancement Trade Association (BHETA). Free internet access and complimentary light refreshments are available throughout the show. CANVASSING Canvassing for business by any unauthorised person or non-exhibiting company is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate expulsion from the venue. CATERING Complimentary lunch will be served between 1pm and 3pm in the Luncheon Room located on the Gallery level opposite stand EH436. Lunch will offer a choice from a hot buffet or a lighter sandwich snack. Complimentary tea and coffee is available at the top of the stairs leading from the Gallery to the Mezzanine level and from trolleys, sponsored this year by Doulton Walter Filters, circulating on the show floor. In addition, light refreshments are available throughout the day in the Buyers’ Lounge on the Gallery. The ‘Food Bar’, located on the Gallery level, is the venue’s own paid-for facility. DISABLED FACILITIES All levels of the Business Design Centre can be reached via the lift in the foyer. Disabled toilet facilities are on each level. FIRST AID Located on the Gallery level. ORGANISER’S OFFICE The organiser’s office is located on the Mezzanine level adjacent to stands EH212/EH214. PHOTOGRAPHY Unauthorised photography is not permitted. PRESS OFFICE, TRENDS DISPLAY AREA AND BRAND SHOWCASE This area is located on the Atrium Level of the Exclusively Electrical Gallery Hall. Access to the Gallery Hall is adjacent to stand EH456. SECURITY Visitors are requested to wear their badges at all times. Welcome to the show! Thank you for attending Exclusively Housewares and sister show Exclusively Electrical. If this is your first visit, then we hope you enjoy the ‘Exclusively’ experience! We are very proud that the Exclusively shows continue to be a fantastic showcase for the industry. The two shows create a unique platform from which you can easily review the styles and trends in the pipeline for housewares, tableware and small domestic and kitchen appliances. This year we are again using the Atrium of the Gallery Hall, above Exclusively Electrical; this is the location of your Press Office, Brand Showcase and the ‘On Trend Display’. Look out for Recommended Product Design On-Trend icons around the show and through the catalogue. Once again, trend forecasters Scarlet Opus have been hard at work identifying products at the show that represent key consumer and design trends for our industry. They are also running guided ‘Trend Tours’ during the show, a fantastic chance to explore and understand the trends evolving from season to season. Just visit the ‘On Trend’ display area if you’d like to join in and we will book you on one. On the exhibitors main entry you may notice a few new icons for 2019, these are for trails - just follow the stands displaying the icons or look them up on page 156.
