Ski Bowl Park Trail System<br />

The Ski Bowl Park in North Creek is a four season destination.<br />
In <strong>the</strong> spring, summer and fall it is <strong>the</strong> starting point for 15 miles<br />
of hiking trails and <strong>20</strong> Kilometers of purpose built single track<br />
mtn. bike trails. In <strong>the</strong> winter <strong>the</strong> Park is operated by Gore Mtn.<br />
Ski Center which runs two lifts, <strong>the</strong> Hudson Chair and <strong>the</strong> Village<br />
Lift, <strong>to</strong> service great terrain and connect with <strong>the</strong> rest of Gore<br />
Mtn.’s alpine ski center. In addition <strong>to</strong> alpine skiing Gore Mtn. Ski<br />
Center makes snow<br />
and grooms trails<br />
for Nordic Skiing in<br />
<strong>the</strong> Bowl. The Park’s<br />
trail system also connects<br />
<strong>to</strong> 10 miles of<br />
“ride up, ski down”<br />
backcountry ski trails that have shuttle service provided by <strong>the</strong><br />
North Creek Business Alliance on snowy weekends in <strong>the</strong> winter.<br />
Snowshoeing is available on <strong>the</strong> Ski Bowl<br />
Loop and Ski Bowl Connec<strong>to</strong>r trails.<br />
For <strong>the</strong> snowless six months of <strong>the</strong> year bikers and hikers have<br />
access <strong>to</strong> some incredible experiences. Don’t worry about getting<br />
lost <strong>the</strong> trail system has kiosks with large maps at <strong>the</strong> entrances<br />
and you- are-here maps at key locations on <strong>the</strong> Ski Bowl Loop<br />
and color coded trail markers on each trail.<br />
Bikers - Have <strong>20</strong> Kilometers of single track riding designed<br />
<strong>to</strong> give intermediate and experts a variety of challenging experiences.<br />

Long Trail<br />

and longest<br />
trail in <strong>the</strong><br />
system.<br />
It will be<br />
extending<br />
<strong>to</strong> <strong>the</strong> <strong>to</strong>p of<br />
Little Gore<br />
for a 10 km up and back trip, that is a fun ride up <strong>the</strong>n provides<br />
750 feet of vertical fun on <strong>the</strong> 5 km downride with lots of berms,<br />
banks, rollers, tree gaps and momentum drops <strong>to</strong> make it your<br />
favorite ride.<br />
2. Ski Bowl Loop Trail - is <strong>the</strong> single track multi-use<br />
trail that allows you access <strong>to</strong> <strong>the</strong> bike specific trails up on <strong>the</strong><br />
mountain and <strong>to</strong> Main Street by way of <strong>the</strong> underpass on <strong>the</strong> Carol<br />
Thomas Trail <strong>to</strong> a cold beer and dinner in <strong>to</strong>wn.<br />
3. Hoot and Alternative Trails - provide classic flowing<br />
single track with rock rides and lots of alternative lines.<br />

rock riding challenges which insures you won’t ride it all <strong>the</strong><br />
