that fresh fruit or flowers will be
considerably less expensive than
intricate hand-made sugar flowers,

petal at a time.
Bear in mind that your cake will be
the centrepiece of your reception,
so take time to present it beautifully,
perhaps on a table draped with
luxurious fabric and strewn with
matching flowers.
