Organizational Structure
The Ranch Association is a homeowner’s
association and operates under the Arizona
Planned Communities Statutes. Every residential
unit or lot in DC Ranch has one membership
in the Association. A seven-member Ranch
Association Board of Directors sets policy and
hires the Association’s Executive Director. Board
members must be DC Ranch property owners or
residents. The board is elected by Neighborhood
Voting Members who are elected by owners to
represent each of DC Ranch’s 44 neighborhoods.
Board members serve two-year terms that start
in April.
