All Or Nothing

This ultra-modern and trendy work of art comes from

Elliphant featuring Bunji Garlin & Diplo. It features a

lot of different segments, so let’s break it down.

We’re first hit with tribal drums. This then twists and

drops down into a bold, fresh production which

could easily pair with the fast-paced futuristic

influences of Asia. The snappy rap verses are equally

ruthless, with a direct and no-nonsense attitude. The

chorus, once again, shifts the tone entirely with a

calm and diluted atmosphere together with soft,

hazy vocals. The break brings a dirty, gritty bass

alongside Bunji Garlin’s fiery bars. We came here for

all or nothing at all. That is the way of the viking.

Featured on ‘Huawei P30 Pro’ advert.

Sexy summer vibes ooze from this collab between

Afro Beats & Ashanti. Flavourful Caribbean beats

come together with a raspy and seductive male

against the sugary sweet and sultry female. A song

of love and passion. It’s difficult to say any more,

as this is all just from a very teasing 30 second

advert from the PrettyLittleThing x Ashanti fashion

campaign. The singer’s collection with the brand is

equally attractive with daring cuts, interesting

animal-skin designs and a lot of attitude. Zero song

release information, other than the title, has been

revealed, so watch this space!

be my word of choice if I had to choose one word

to describe the last ever Cocoon In The Park, as it

was exactly that. It was as if Mary Poppins herself

had made an appearance, taken the artists’ USBs &

record boxes and replaced them with her own. The

music was that damn good! It truly was a magical

affair and an experience that will live long in the

memories. Renowned for its setting within the

grounds of Temple Newsam Park, with its one

stage at the bottom of the hill, CITP captivated its

audience from start to end.

Temperatures reached an astonishing 28 degrees

drawing out 10,000 revellers. Rain was predicted

at some point, but the Techno Gods were out in

strong force and little old Leeds was blessed with

rays of sunshine beating down, only adding to the

great vibes in play. The music programming, as per

usual, was incredible. So when the heavens did

decide to open and shower down in the middle of

Sven Vath's set, very few batted an eyelid. Sights

of Seth Troxler b2b with Craig Richards was

immense hearing riddim after riddim being

dropped. It's a shame that this was the last ever

CITP, but it will for sure live in the memory.

Alexander Joseph

An inspirational story about an

inspirational singer/songwriter…

I caught up with the multi talented

singer/songwriter and all-round

awesome guy, Alexander Joseph at the

Lawn Tennis association, Better known

as Wimbledon.

Alexander Joseph is a singer/

songwriter and sports conditioning

coach who has spent the majority of his

life combining his two big passions of

music and sport. He released his first

record in 2012, which was a five track

EP called 'St. David' and has since gone

on to release a series of singles

associated with various sporting and

educational organisations and

charities. He is now embracing the

challenge of writing and releasing new

material alongside a busy family life

and his role with British wheelchair

tennis. August 2019 sees the release of

his new single ‘Not Defeated’, which

includes a dance remix by DJ Rokuro,

followed by his second EP 'Broken But

We sat on Henman hill with a couple of

beers and a jug of Pimms in the blazing

sunshine. He told me how inspiring it’s

been working in Paralympic sport, and

how sport and music in general has the

potential to have such a positive

impact on people’s lives. And, why he’s

so passionate about supporting Sports

Traider & other causes through his

Here is what came out from our

interview that day....

I first came across your work as a singer/

songwriter through the track GB 365

featuring the GB women's wheelchair

basketball team. Did you write the

track specifically for the team, or did

they hear the track and use it as their

unofficial anthem?

Well I spent a year working with the team

as their fitness coach and, during this

time, the head coach and players came

up with a slogan to help unite the team

on their journey to the world champs

and Paralympic Games. "GB 365" was

chosen and represented everyones

complete and unshakable commitment

to the team, 365 days a year, whether

training, competing or resting! I ended

up joking with the head coach about

writing a song to capture this message,

and before long I was performing a live

acoustic version of GB 365 during a

training session before they left for the

world champs, which would also end up

being my leaving present to the team!

It made my day when I received video

clips of the players chanting the words

to the chorus in the locker room after

finishing in their highest position ever

at that point! After their return, we

filmed a music video, which features the

team working their way through a pretty

intense training session.

How did GB 365 end up on Channel 4?

Well it actually happened thanks to a

friend of mine who was working with GB

Para Table Tennis. I had written a

motivational song for them too called

"You're Going To Win" and she had

14 www.AudationMagazine.com

organised for a couple of players to

appear on The Superhumans Show

leading up to the Paralympic Games in

Rio. She shared this song with the

producer of the show and it ended up

featuring on that episode along with the

players! Following this, the producer

got in touch to see if I'd be keen to

perform GB 365 on their final episode

after looking it up, so I gladly accepted

and the rest is history! (We were slightly

surprised to be joined by two exotically

dressed dancers either side of us during

the performance!)

As a singer songwriter and a fitness

coach, which came first, and how long

have you been doing both?

They emerged up at a similar time to be

honest. I was flirting with songwriting

during my university days, which was

also when I was studying sports science

and exploring a career in strength and

conditioning. This was back in 2001, so

I've had a little time to work at both now,

but there's still plenty to learn!

My route into fitness training started

after finally giving up my dream of

becoming a professional tennis player

and replacing it with one which involved

helping others to lift the trophies

instead! I was still playing tennis to a

decent level during university, but my

interest in how to get fitter, faster and

stronger took over. I finished my degree

and went on to take further

qualifications in strength and

conditioning (S&C), whilst testing out

various brutal training sessions on

myself! After a couple of years of

travelling as a hitting partner and fitness

coach for some other tennis players, I

ended up back at Bath University with a

full time S&C job working with the

tennis academy and England Netball's

under 21 squad!

How did you start working with the GB

wheelchair tennis players, and have

you written any songs inspired by their

16 www.AudationMagazine.com

After spending a few years moving

around various sports as an S&C coach,

the opportunity arose to join the GB

wheelchair tennis programme. l loved

the challenge of working with a

variation of the sport I had spent so

many years involved with and I haven't

looked back since. The ability of some

of the athletes I come across is

incredible and truly inspiring, so of

course I wrote a song about it! I recorded

and released "A Racket In Hand" in

celebration of the International Tennis

Federation's 40th anniversary of

competitive wheelchair tennis and I'll

never forget singing it alongside some

of the staff and players at the tennis

centre in Rio after Britain's most

successful Paralympic games! The song

also features the vocals of multiple

Grand Slam and Paralympic medalist

Jordanne Whiley, who is now bidding

for another medal in Tokyo next year!

How would you describe your sound,

When I hear it, i get some 80’s vibes

coming through with a touch of

Coldplay and pop rock ballad vibes, Is

that close to the mark?

Well I was born in the 80's, so there must

be an influence there whether I'm aware

of it or not?! Coldplay are my favourite

band and the pop rock ballad vibe

seems fair to me, so I think you've

probably nailed it?! Thanks!

Can you tell our readers about Sports

Traider and what it entails?

Sports Traider is the charity I chose to

support with GB 365. They work

tirelessly to give kids and young people

the kit, transport or coaching

opportunities they need to fulfil their

sporting potential, no matter their

background or ability. Their founder

Lance Haggith is a great guy and is truly

passionate about opening doors to help

people move forwards in life. If you get

a moment please look them up!

Can you let our readers know which

tracks are released for your charity

work, and what other material you have

in the pipeline for 2019? I hear you have

also been working with some DJ bloke

called Rokuro? ;-)

Well you've already heard about GB 365

and Sports Traider, so here's a little more

info about my other charity tracks:

A Racket In Hand was released in April

2016 in support of the ITF wheelchair

tennis development fund, which helps

to establish and sustain wheelchair

tennis programmes around the world,

especially where opportunities to play

this amazing sport are limited or non

You’re Going To Win was released in July

2016 in support of the British Para table

tennis development programme, who

look to identify and develop future para

table tennis stars.

Give It A Go was released in May 2017

on behalf of PiXL. The song was part of

a wider initiative to help inspire and

prepare students to perform to their

best during the exam season. PiXL

(Partners in Excellence) focus on raising

standards across Key Stage 2, GCSE and

A level exams and look to raise selfesteem,

improve life chances and

oaden progression routes for all their

Never Gone was released in support of

the Elena Baltacha foundation in July

2017. I grew up competing in many of

the same junior tennis tournaments as

Elena Baltacha and this song is my

tribute to one of Britain's favourite

tennis players, who sadly passed away

in 2014. The Elena Baltacha Foundation

was set up soon after her passing and

looks to reach out to children from all

backgrounds across the UK to fulfil

Bally’s wish of getting more kids

enjoying and pursuing the sport to

which she dedicated her life.

Do you play any instruments yourself,

and do you have a studio set up at home?

Yep, I learnt piano from a young age, but

gave it up as a teenager to pursue guitar

so I could play along to my favourite

Oasis or Nirvana songs in an enthusiastic

yet slightly raw sounding school rock

band. How times have changes since

then! I now have a small studio at home,

where I lay down my ideas before taking

them to be polished up by the awesome

guys at Resound Media, who have

played a major role in my development

as an artist in recent years.

What’s next in the pipe line for your

new releases? You have a finished EP

on the way?

Yes, I have another five track EP ready

for release later this year, which has

moved away from the sporting theme

and touches on some of life's other

experiences including becoming a dad

(three times now!). I also have a single

called "Not Defeated" ready to go, and

will be working on an idea for a Tokyo

2020 anthem, so watch this space. ;-)

I'm releasing an EP called "Anything Is

Possible" on Friday 9th August, which

features these five charity songs, and

profits from downloads or streams will

continue to go to the organisations

associated with each song. We're also

launching a dance remix of GB 365 in

August by the rather talented DJ Rokuro,

so look out for that one too, it's a corker

if I may say so myself?!

Latest release '£B 365' is out now!

Note To Self

What are you writing?

My thoughts, my gut feelings...

Are words flowing?

No, I am hesitating...

It ain't easy...

Can I help?

Hmmm, sure... But...

Calm down and take time to silence all!

Quiet your mind and soul!

Find your inner peace!

Acknowledge your feelings!

I can name them.

And now...

I can write them!

I can sing them out loud!

I can be myself!

Olivia Sinclair

At just 12 years young, the rapper from

Wales, UK is quickly becoming a viral

sensation as she spreads motivational

messages through her songs. Olivia

Sinclair revealed her love for singing

publically two years ago through

Instagram. Her fresh lyrical talent has

been sculpted through the influence

and covering of current artists

including Nicki Minaj, Eminem, Cardi B

and Iggy Azalea.

Despite her ability, Olivia Sinclair

found herself a victim of negative

online criticism (trolling) which

discouraged and disheartened her. She

gave up for some time, thinking that

she didn’t want to do it anymore.

Thankfully, she did pick herself up

again and decided to write a song about

her experience - here came her debut

single ‘Troll Doll’.

We weren’t put on this world to hate,

we were put here to love and

appreciate. ‘Troll Doll’ describes the

hurt feelings of those receiving online

abuse and also shames those giving out

unnecessary negativity. This show of

strength against bullying helped Olivia

Sinclair gain positive interest from the

Olivia Sinclair’s career is going strong

and she is growing in confidence as she

gives herself more to her passion. She

has now amassed over 40 thousand

followers and has released further

cover songs and two more original

singles, ‘Fake Friend’ and her latest one

‘Oli Bop’. She has just finished creating

upcoming single ‘Anyway’, with a

multi-platinum selling producer, and

kindly shares her journey with us…

Tell us a little about yourself and how

you started singing.

Hello, I’m Olivia Sinclair. I’m 12 years

old and I’m from Wales.

Well, I started singing from a really

young age because my mum used to be

in a girl band, so I grew up with music

and she loved it - she still does! I always

loved singing.

I started rapping… Well, technically, we

were in the car listening to Nicki Minaj

and I knew one of the raps, so I started

proper hardcore rapping. My mum was

like “oh my gosh, you can rap, really?”

And I was like “yeah?” … So we decided

to make a rap account.

Your initial beginnings brought on

negative online feedback (trolls), can

you give some motivational words to

anyone in a similar situation?

So, yes, I did get bullied. I got bullied in

school and I got bullied out of school.

And, I was thinking maybe I should just

give up and all the hate would go away.

But then, I was like, I’m just gonna carry

on going…

Just don’t give up on your dream. Just

carry on going. The haters opinions

doesn’t matter, only your opinion

matters. So, just never give up because

you never know where it could take you.

Your new single ‘Oli Bop’ is full of

attitude, what were the ideas for this

We kind of wanted it to be like a dance

track where everyone can have fun, and

just have a good time with it.

What inspires you when writing new

Well, ‘Troll Doll’ and ‘Fake Friends’ are

based on life experiences. I’ve dealt

with loads of bullying and loads of fake

At just 12 years young, you’re already

out there performing at big events and

have built a strong fanbase - from your

point of view, what is the music

industry like and how does it feel to be

so well-known?

It has been tough, obviously, but it’s

been amazing. I feel like the harder you

work, the more you get out of it. And, I

just feel so overwhelmed. I’ve only

been doing this for a year and it’s come

so far already. I just feel really thankful

for all the support that I’ve had.

What do you enjoy doing when you’re

not singing?

I love filming music videos and I also

love going out with my friends.

Block out all the hate because, honestly,

the haters don’t matter. Just keep on

going. Never give up on your dreams

because you never know where it could

take you.

You smile, they’ll smile.

Carry on smiling, it’s

Can you reveal anything about your

next single ‘Anyway’?

The track is about how some people

bully because of mental health and

home issues. I’m saying that we should

spread love to them anyway, because

love’s important.

What are your plans for the future?

My plans for the future are to inspire

more young artists and make sure that

they follow their dreams, and spread

love and not hate.

Do you have any words of advice for

young aspiring singers?

"GB 365 was released in May 2015 in support of the UK charity Sports

Traider. The song wa s inspired during my time working with the GB

women's wheelchair basketball players and “GB 365” was the team’s

motto as they prepared for the World Champs and Paralympic Games

in Rio. Profits from downloads of the single are still going to the life

changing youth-focused charity, who offer youngsters the kit and

opportunities they need in order to discover and fulfil their sporting

potential, whatever their background, ability or disability. In 2016 I

made an appearance on Channel 4's 'The Superhumans Show' with an

acoustic performance of 'GB 365' and I’m so excited to be releasing a

dance remix of the original by DJ Rokuro, which is still in support of

Sports Traider!" Alexander Joseph

"Alex Roberts approached me and said he had found a great singer/

songwriter, and suggested I could revamp the song ‘GB 365’ into

something slightly more dancy. My version is a little faster bpm wise

but still keeps the sprint of the original. Also, because of the story

behind the song, and that it had featured in the Women’s GB basketball

wheelchair paralympics in Rio, and featured on Channel 4, plus all

profits were going to help youngsters get into sport and help them

buy their kits etc… It was a no brainer to get involved and do a remix

for a great cause, The Rokuro remix version will be available soon via

iTunes, Spotify and all download platforms this summer." DJ Rokuro

Solomon Grey’s single is given a remix from UK producer Hectic. The

piano chords lead us in with a feeling of melancholy. A sturdy beat cuts

through like a treacherous dagger. An eerie voice asks ‘How could I ever

live without you?’ The intensity rises as a powerful string section

creates a moving atmosphere. The percussion becomes more textured,

dappled with feverish notes as if trying to speak out. A mysterious and

perplexing mood is formed.

The music video is equally dramatic and reveals a dark story. A love

triangle. A cursed fate. A controlling lover attempting to force

happiness. Tormented minds know not what they do, the fog clouding

over any clear judgement. A deathly pill thickens the plot.

“It was a great opportunity and pleasure to remix Solomon Grey and I

hope I did the original justice. The talented students and staff at Bolton

College have done an incredible job on the video and it’s a great visual

representation for the track.” Hectic

The visual piece features Bolton College performing arts students and

was filmed in and around the college. It is filmed and edited by Bolton

College theatre technician Edd Lewis, and directed by Bolton College

performing arts tutor Kyle Cambray.

Lil Nas X ft Billy Ray Cyrus - Old Town Road

#7 in UK

Get on your horse, saddle up and ride straight back into the

country western era with this interesting creation. A quaint guitar

melody plays us in with the rustic vocal. This moves into the

modern day with a suave lyrical flow and a hip hop beat. Simply a

fresh and catchy song about horses, this viral number has rocked

the charts across the world.

Yannick Noah - Viens

#12 in Mauritius

Pretty and playful. This French pop song is a summer favourite with a

lively rhythm and a bright feelgood mood. The traditional and

comforting vocals sit atop a delightful track to get you moving and

smiling. The lyrics tell us come on young ones, life is confusing but see

those people dancing in the wind - smile, break free and dance too.

Khalid - Talk

#5 in USA

A moment of romance, this is a gorgeous little song. The pop

production is comprised of subtle retro synths, a steady beat to

bop to and a sweetness in the atmosphere. The voice shines in the

spotlight with delightful high notes and husky warmth. His charm

is sure to win over many hearts.

‘Pain’ by Astronata is astounding. Restrained,

pizzicato-style percussion with a dim atmospheric

wave of sound. The voice portrays a scene of dismal

contemplation. Relinquishing into the dark,

unexplored depths of emotion. Sugary sweet vocal

tones become a sinful pleasure to the ears. Just like

the pain, a sickly addiction you hate to love. The

tempo quickens, a gritty bass creeping up on you.

The Shamanic Technology & Dusko remix twists the

tempo of the vocals and adds a fierce Drum & Bass

Slime Recordings welcomes back Astronata to the

label for their second single “Pain”. “Pain” explores

and expands on the mesmerizing sonic chemistry

Nata and Ilya created with their debut

single,“BeLoved”. Through a narcotic haze of

minimalist beats and ethereal melodies, Nata’s

beguiling vocal delivery draws the listener deeper

into her confidential world.

The more you suffocate, the more you disappear.

Feel me in your veins. There is no escape.

Scene veterans Shamanic Technology and Dusko

debut on the label with an incredible remix that is

pure alchemy, extracting the tone and palette of the

original and distilling it through a hybridized D&B

cipher that continually evolves and innovates

within itself.

The ’Searching’ EP by James Curd delivers pumping beats which

dive straight to your hips allowing their wiggle while your feet

can’t help moving

The title track is a funky and vibrant floorfiller. Brass instruments

rule this piece with gorgeous and fun flair along with a lively

tempo to get you dancing. The sumptuous sax is paired with a

lovely gospel choir at the chorus. This is book-ended by a curious

intro & outro of a more futuristic nature. In the mundane humdrum

of our lives, aren’t we searching for something new?

Second track ‘Spend Time With You’ begins with a slightly deep and

subdued tone which then rises up to another great, uplifting spirit.

The nifty beat is joined by an array of jazz instruments easing in

the funky mood. Wanna take you to the sky. Rumbling bass notes, a

melodic keyboard, fiery trumpets and soulful voices full of zest all

come together to create an interesting and loving glow.

Chicago House don, James Curd has been hitting the circuit with

nothing but quality under his belt. He lands back on Refuge with a

two track EP full of life. Disco inspired, energetic and perfect for

the summer, we expect these to float around for a while.

summer vibes.

‘Mirror Talk’ by Griff is an interesting reflection of strength and emotions. The

contemporary production is incredibly subdued and understated with only a

beat struck here and there together with a subtle feathery air. The full focus

and leading element is the voice. My mind is all over the place. Husky verses

turn into sweet, exquisite highs. Pulling herself up through a difficult time,

reaching inside her soul finding inner strength. Come on girl.

“Mirror Talk” takes those inner conflicts of young adulthood (the insecurities,

but also the fearlessness) and reflects them right back over sparse electronic

beats, influences of soul and R&B, and Griff's phenomenal vocal. If the face-off

of 'Mirror Talk' feels awkwardly familiar to most, the arrival of a new artist like

Griff encapsulates all there is to still be excited about for her generation: at

just 18 years old, here is a multi-faceted new talent – singer, songwriter,

producer, instrumentalist – who crafts rawly empowered pop with a global

reach, and a homespun touch.

On her very first release, Griff is quickly learning how to take all that she is and

turn it into a source of inspiration. Directed by Sylvie Weber (the xx, Gus

Daperton), the “Mirror Talk” video further showcases Griff's shrewd visual eye,

from the heart-sink feeling of your phone buzzing next to your bed to that

instantly-iconic ponytail. And whilst juggling music and education may have

almost crushed her - it's a secret Griff has kept from her classmates up until

now - even an A-Level in Textiles has turned out to have had its creative uses:

Griff started making clothes from a bunch of fabric scraps she “borrowed”

from school, and made the top she wears on the “Mirror Talk” cover.

Get a taste of the sunshine as light tropical beats enter. A deep and moody

attitude overrides this feeling, creating a sense of mystery and excitement.

Preserve and cherish the pale blue dot. The futuristic, pulsating warps take

you into another dimension. An extraterrestrial escape.

“My main inspiration when it comes to producing a track, is simply the

enormous taste that love gives me in the studio,” says Gastón Sosa. “I simply

flowed and, when I least expected, it the track was ready. The vocals are from

the maestro Carl Sagan, who is my inspiration, even when it comes to

producing electronic music.”

The ‘No Limit’ EP by Hannah V is empowering, intense and

fearless. Her clever production skills are humble and

modest, quietly lighting the room. An array of featured

artists impart wisdom and inspire positive self-belief. A

unity of females standing together, linked arms and big

smiles rejoicing in love.

Coming in with the ‘Bangles Intro’ featuring Ama Schreyer,

the smokey voice is paired with a ravishing string-led,

Indian production setting a strong feminine tone.

The title track featuring Shystie and Pepper Rose holds a

strong sense of courage and determination delivered

through honest snappy verses and a flavourful, sweet

chorus. I always had the vision that I CAN. The production is

subtle and subdued with a steady beat and gentle piano

melody. Misunderstood feelings, enthusiasm lacking, the

troubles pushing down... but you reach high and stand up

strong against the blows.

‘Liberate Yourself’ featuring Misha B has an oddly dark

atmosphere with clashing bright sparks of brass and

jangling notes. The tempo is lively complimenting the raspy

voice and ruthless attitude.

‘They Don’t Matter’ featuring Cherri V & Mike Ellison is a

gorgeous song of love and emotions. I’m relying on your

heartbeat. The vocals shine with divine high notes and great

passion. Timeless, you can bind us in Orion’s Belt. The

powerful and poetic interlude is endearing with his charm.

The production is equally vivid and emotive with a fusion of

contemporary and soulful influences.

The full 6-track EP is a strong force of energy from the

universe, taking your hand and lifting you up to reach your

‘Locker’ by Artashes Uliyanov featuring The Jack Wood is a quirky meld of

moods. The warped guitar twangs add a peculiar atmosphere, this

darkness develops further with twisted and sinister creeping vocals. Oh

my darling, your hands are on my throat. The steady beat is a strange

sturdiness against the deadly feeling. Lost in the middle of nowhere. The

Regalos De Cali remix adds a club vibe with a rhythmic beat, and plays

with the vocal tones.

The young russian convinced us with his new Track "Locker“. Artashes

Uliyanov is known for his deep drifting house grooves. This time he gave

his song a slight oriental touch which gives a magical atmosphere and

combines perfectly with the Vocal by "The Jack Wood“. To round it all off,

"Regalos De Cali" made a great remix which guarantees playability on

every occasion.

‘Holiday Home’ by Megatrain is a perplexing show of

emotion. The gentle lull of faded air and discords of

the guitar paint an eerie picture. A stark, yet feathery

soft, voice tells the story of this dysfunctional

relationship. His dark and fractured reflections

harmonise with her, self-pity flowing from his lips. I'll

be waiting by the window for him. From moody twangs

to cheerful flourishes, this strange amalgamation of

feelings kiss you sweetly and rip out your hair at the

same time. I’d cry an ode to joy for you.

‘Via Lactea’ by Speakman Sound featuring NAALA is a joyful and contented

moment. The delightful velvety voice shares gratitude for having a strong,

loving support. The vivid synths, tropical beat and warm, glowing air hug you

through the ears. I can rely on your good love. A deep connection of two souls,

spirits of the universe, hand in hand, guiding each other through the Milky

Way. You may feel overcome with light.

Speakman Sound first entered the scene in 2017 with their debut single ‘In

Flight’, which swiftly caught the attention of BBC Radio 6 Music’s Lauren

Laverne who championed the release as one of her tracks of the year. With

their sights firmly set on 2019, Speakman Sound return with their first musical

offering of the year. Featuring the soulful vocals of East London singer NAALA,

‘Via Lactea’ is released. A taster of Speakman Sound’s forthcoming ‘LIMBIC’ EP,

‘Via Lactea’ is crafted for the dance floor and encompasses the familiar

Speakman Sound layered drums and percussive grooves, sitting with soulful

vocals of cosmic themes and deep bass tones, all fused together by their

diverse musical influences.

“‘Via Lactea’ is all about dancing across the Milky Way (as it's more commonly

referred to) and experiencing the cosmic qualities of unconditional love. We're

excited to release again, get people dancing to our music and plough on

forward. We're also really proud to collaborate with the hugely talented

NAALA on this record, who brings a sweet and caring tone that's still full of

east London swagger!” Speakman Sound

‘Be As I Am Metamorphosis’ by Tenaj is a killer track to get you

jumping. The hot dance production is an absolute floorfiller

with an edgy, modern melody and a lively tempo. The calm and

collected vocals draw you in, there is a quiet sense of self-love.

Trouble and paradise. The upbeat lyrics and vibrant

atmosphere bring a smile to your face and fill you with

confidence. I know I’m worth it.

‘Be As I am Metamorphosis’ is the new club banger with the

killer topline by the award winning dance artist Tenaj. The

track is ready to make you dance joining to a non-stop summer

party. Tenaj says “Be as I am is all about finding your inner self

and be authentic to you and the other people. Even if you don’t

like me, I need to be as I am. The song is full of positivity.’’

The new single is a collaboration between Tenaj and Myha

Marie, a very talented songwriter who was the main vocalist

and songwriter for Britney Spears. The well-known producer

Austin Leeds who has collaborated with Avicii, Tiesto and many

other DJs is behind the slick production of the new track.

At a very young age, Tenaj won various beauty pageants and

was dancing at high profile events. When she grew up, she

decided to take her career further moving to Los Angeles and

studying music at the prestigious LA Music Academy. She has

won multiple Hollywood Music Awards for the Best Emerging

Artist and Best EDM Song. She was 8 weeks in the number 1 on

the Club Radio Charts in the USA and had a great success at the

ITunes top 100, Swiss dance Charts, Radio AirPlay Now,

Examinar, Record World Chart and Edge Music.

Tenaj is currently working in a new single release with

Vessbroz and planning a massive club tour. Keep checking her

socials for the latest updates.

The ’27 Months’ LP by Phonetix is a beautiful collection of songs from this

talented and passionate producer. From a difficult moment in his life,

emotions are laid out bare for all to witness. ‘Overlooked’ featuring Harsh is

an interesting blend of soulful jazz and a lively dnb beat, together with the

soft yearning voice. ‘World Of hurt’ is simply a dark dnb piece reflecting pain

hidden inside, anger needing a release. ‘Ode To Otis’ brings an oldschool

garage vibe with nifty production work and a lighter atmosphere. The full 12

track compilation is a journey through deep reflections with bass & garage at

your side.

“In 2016 my daughter was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia,

for which she underwent 27 months of chemotherapy. I channelled the mixed

bag of emotions felt during this difficult period into making an album, in order

to raise funds to take her on an epic life-changing trip. Alyssa is now doing

well, & said-album is scheduled for release via Riddler Records at the end of

August. It’s a somewhat eclectic offering covering UK Garage, Garage House,

Drum & Bass, Bass Music & Jazz – with original vocals & instrumental features

from talented collaborators like Harsh (of Soul’d Out), MC Cobra (heard on tour

with Kissy Sellout), Rawkus (Steam Recordings) & Brendan Mills (known for his

work playing alongside Olly Murs).” Phonetix
