up and you have been moved off of the waitlist and into the course. In the CU
Denver|CU Anschutz system, please be sure to drop any course you don’t end up
enrolling in by the add/drop deadline to avoid being charged related tuition and fees.
Please note that classes you have been waitlisted for in the CSU system will not appear
in your RAMweb account until you have been moved off of the waitlist and into the
course. You are not officially registered for any ColoradoSPH course at CSU until this
class appears in your RAMweb account. These courses will appear in your UCDAccess
portal.
7. I am registered for a course at the CU or UNC campus. Why doesn’t it appear in my
RAMweb schedule of courses?
Please remember that only courses you are taking on the CSU campus will appear in
your RAMweb schedule of courses. To see a list of all of the courses you have registered
for through the ColoradoSPH you will need to look at your course registration in your CU
Denver|CU Anschutz portal (UCDAccess) account. However, please note that you do not
officially have a seat in a CSU course until it shows up in your CSU RAMweb account.
8. What is the add/drop deadline for the ColoradoSPH?
The ColoradoSPH follows the CU Anschutz Medical Campus add/drop deadlines, which
can be found on the academic calendar here:
http://www.ucdenver.edu/academics/colleges/PublicHealth/resourcesfor/currentstude
nts/academics/Documents/AcademicCalendar-CSPH-2017-2018.pdf
You will follow the ColoradoSPH add/drop deadlines for all courses that you take
through the ColoradoSPH, regardless of what campus you are taking the course on.
9. Why can’t I view my courses in Canvas?
First, please keep in mind that each University within the ColoradoSPH has its own
Canvas site. So, please be sure that you are using trying to access the course through the
Canvas site at the appropriate University. For example, a course offered in person at
CSU should appear on the CSU Canvas site; however, a course offered in person or
online through CU should appear on the CU Canvas site.
Once you’ve confirmed that you are using the correct Canvas site, be sure to “add” your
classes by clicking on the “Courses” tab on the left hand side of the screen. From there,
