Under the leadership of the Director of Marketing, <strong>Chestnut</strong> <strong>Park</strong> seamlessly integrated the<br />

Christie’s br<strong>and</strong> into all facets of our marketing <strong>and</strong> br<strong>and</strong>ing initiatives with our leadership team<br />

confident of the immense <strong>and</strong> far reaching impact of having the Christie’s br<strong>and</strong> so closely<br />

associated with our brokerage. This application of Christie’s distinguished reputation enabled<br />

<strong>Chestnut</strong> <strong>Park</strong> to exp<strong>and</strong> our br<strong>and</strong> awareness, recruit new agents, <strong>and</strong> increase our volume of<br />

sales. Christie’s prestigious influence was infused into all of our marketing initiatives.<br />

We feel we have enhanced our br<strong>and</strong> by the addition of the Christie’s nameplate to our logo. This<br />

dual logo is now featured prominently on our business cards, corporate website, bespoke listing<br />

brochures, outdoor back-lit signage, internal corporate communications, agent’s personal br<strong>and</strong>ing<br />

sites, <strong>and</strong> all client-facing material. In 2015, the decision was made that the <strong>Chestnut</strong> <strong>Park</strong> logo<br />

could not be featured without the Christie’s nameplate alongside it. We appreciate that our high net<br />

worth clients feel gratified knowing that we are associated with one of the most well established <strong>and</strong><br />

respected luxury br<strong>and</strong>s in the world.<br />
