Operating Hours<br />

<strong>Fothergill</strong> <strong>House</strong> is a manned site and is accessible<br />

during the hours of<br />

Monday - Friday 06.00hrs - 00.00hrs<br />

Saturday - 07.00hrs - 16.00hrs<br />

For additional out of hours services please contact<br />

building reception.<br />

Access<br />

Access to the site is controlled through the main<br />

reception door access control/intercom system.<br />

<strong>Tenant</strong>s must take responsibility for ensuring that the<br />

site remains secure during these times and be aware of<br />

tail gating, which should be reported to building<br />

reception.<br />

Working Alone (out of sight/Hearing of<br />

Colleagues)<br />

If you are working alone, (out of sight / hearing of<br />

colleagues) after hours on weekdays or anytime at the<br />

weekend, you should inform the building reception of<br />

your telephone number and location.<br />

If you have any medical concerns/conditions, which<br />

may put you at risk when working alone, you should<br />

contact your HR Department.<br />

Access / Security<br />

The main office entrance is located on King Street<br />

New Occupiers<br />

Occupier’s staff should be encouraged to retain their<br />

building pass with them at all times as emergency<br />

situations can arise, e.g. building evacuation, when<br />

possession/presentation of a building pass will speed<br />

their return to the building.<br />

Visitors / Temporary Staff<br />

Visitors/Temporary staff entering <strong>Fothergill</strong> <strong>House</strong> will<br />

be required to sign in at building reception.<br />
