Operating Hours
Fothergill House is a manned site and is accessible
during the hours of
Monday - Friday 06.00hrs - 00.00hrs
Saturday - 07.00hrs - 16.00hrs
For additional out of hours services please contact
building reception.
Access
Access to the site is controlled through the main
reception door access control/intercom system.
Tenants must take responsibility for ensuring that the
site remains secure during these times and be aware of
tail gating, which should be reported to building
reception.
Working Alone (out of sight/Hearing of
Colleagues)
If you are working alone, (out of sight / hearing of
colleagues) after hours on weekdays or anytime at the
weekend, you should inform the building reception of
your telephone number and location.
If you have any medical concerns/conditions, which
may put you at risk when working alone, you should
contact your HR Department.
Access / Security
The main office entrance is located on King Street
New Occupiers
Occupier’s staff should be encouraged to retain their
building pass with them at all times as emergency
situations can arise, e.g. building evacuation, when
possession/presentation of a building pass will speed
their return to the building.
Visitors / Temporary Staff
Visitors/Temporary staff entering Fothergill House will
be required to sign in at building reception.
