Car parking /<br />

vehicle Access<br />

<strong>Fothergill</strong> <strong>House</strong> has number parking bays for use by<br />

the tenants as set out in their leases. The car park is<br />

available to authorised users only and only designated<br />

spaces or shared visitor spaces should be used.<br />

Owners leave their cars entirely at their own risk. The<br />

Landlord and Knight Frank LLP accept no responsibility<br />

for any damage or theft to property or vehicles left in<br />

this area.<br />

<strong>Tenant</strong>s are required to observe all speed restrictions<br />

and keep clear or other signage.<br />

Car park spaces are not to be used for general storage<br />

without prior permission of the Facilities Manager.<br />

Any damage to surfaces, lack of lighting or other<br />

deficiencies should be notified to the Facilities<br />

Manager as soon as possible so that suitable repairs<br />

can be undertaken.<br />

Visitor/Contractor Parking<br />

Visitors and contractors are not allowed to use the car<br />

Secure bicycle parking is available in the basement.<br />

Both areas are accessed from the central stair core.<br />

Car Park Temporary Licences<br />

The car parking is managed by the Land Lord; car<br />

parking spaces are available to tenants by separate<br />
