Buyer grants the Seller a limited, non-transferable,<br />

nonexclusive license to copy, use, store, set up, publicly<br />

any trade names, trademarks and service marks shown)<br />

during the term of this Agreement and solely in connection<br />

with this Agreement. Upon termination of this Agreement,<br />

the Owner will remove the Buyers Advertisement, destroy all<br />

An email confirmation of involvement confirming the<br />

package forms a binding agreement between the two<br />

CANCELLATION<br />

Cancellations must be received in writing within 7 days of<br />

booking. Cancellations after this period will incur a <br />

cancellation charge. In cases where features/advertisements<br />

In the event payments are not made in a timely manner,<br />

(Judges will deliberate, up to 10 <strong>com</strong>panies can<br />

<strong>com</strong>pete for any given category and all winners are<br />

considered for any categories they’ve ticked on the<br />

nomination form. All winners will be contacted directly<br />

and will need to accept their award win. Failure to<br />

adequately accept may result in the award being<br />

passed onto the runner up).<br />
