Parham Eftekhari, the Executive Director of the Institute for Critical

Infrastructure Technology (ICIT), America’s leading cybersecurity

think tank, will be speaking at the IFA+ Summit on Sunday. We asked

him to tell us a little more about the mission of his organisation.

Our mission is to cultivate a cybersecurity

renaissance that will improve the

resiliency of our Nation’s 16 critical

and organizations of all types – from

consumers to small business owners to

large corporations and governments –

can do to play a role in improving security.

hands of cybersecurity professionals but

Who should come to your talk and why?

learn what could happen when security

is not prioritised, the different sectors

that are affected by this (i.e. all of them!)

what changes need to be made in our

global technology culture to ensure more

security tech, and the role they can play in

this process

Profits and the Prioritization of
