later. At the end of the life cycle waste wood

Expected yearly profit
The BLOKKWOOD treatment of 1 cubic meter
wood brings a clean and untaxed profit of
100 Euros. In case we produce 50 cubic meter
of wood per day, then we can calculate yearly
with 1,6 million Euros profit before tax. This is
about 1/8 of European demand of such type
timber, per year.
Selling the technology licenses, in case of 150
licenses (daily 250 cubic meter) yearly 6,75 million
USD price income can be prognosed from
the license fees.
At the end of the 4th year, we can produce
nearly 8 million Euros profit before tax.
The expected income depends on which proportion we’ll do own
wood treatment and produce end product, respectively how
many licenses we will sell.
The lowest profit is on the selling of licenses, while this needs low
floating capital, and involves as well the resources (human and
spiritual resources, business connections, capital) of the licensebuying
companies into the conquest of the market.
We are convinced that this will be the most expedient strategy
first of all in the US market.
There is more profit in own treated wood, at the same time
it needs a significant, 300 thousand-1,5 million Euros circulating
capital depending on type of wood and produced quantity.
Producing the end product brings extra profit and needs further
investment because of creating carpentry and woodworking
plants. According to our plans we’ll seize the two latter opportunities
as well to elaborate the ideal processes, but these consciously
subject to technology sale.
