The FIRELINE Series I is the original and most widely used contents production system in the
industry and provides restorers with consistent quality cleaning results and high-volume
production. The FIRELINE Series I includes the APW 4800 Pre washer, APC 4800 Ultrasonic
Cleaner and Oversize RDS 4800 Rinse Detail Station. Each cleaning station can accommodate
three contents baskets simultaneously. The system also includes the TD 8000 High Volume
Tunnel Dryer. Designed to keep up with FIRELINE’s high flow production rate the TD 8000
accommodates four baskets of contents baskets at a time. FIRELINE is flexible and versatile and
can be set up in a variety of configurations to accommodate various room shapes and sizes.
UIC/Fireline products are produced in the USA at our Washington State plant located in
Ferndale, WA. We are a ground floor manufacturer of ultrasonic cleaning equipment and our
manufacturing process is regulated by the QAI (Quality Assurance Institute). Our plant is “third
party inspected” twice annually to ensure compliance with industry codes, standards and
manufacturing protocols.
