RADIO CUBO
The famous Cubo radio, designed by Richard Sapper
and Marco Zanuso in 1962 for BRIONVEGA, an icon
of Italian design, is embellished with a thin frieze of
mother-of-pearl bank and with a circumference in blue
paua, as if to emphasize the dynamics of posture and
movement and its dueal nature as a piece of forniture
and electronic device at the same time.

linear friezes, made of mother-of-pearl and other shells,
seeking a dialogue between industrial serial production
and room customization, where the installation
becomes the occasion to create bespoke and unique
solutions.

TABLE AND HANGING LAMPS
Starting from the perfection of the sphere, always
covered micro mosaic in mother-of-pearl with different
decorative geometries and colors, lamps are born that
with the simple use of oxidized copper bands reproduce
the silhouettes of some of the shells cultivated and then
used by ARKIMIA in its artisanal workings.
