Our Business Structure<br />
<strong>Living</strong> <strong>School</strong> will build on a solid foundation of fairness, collaboration and<br />
responsibility to support the growth of our independent school.<br />
We will ensure we employ competent staff (teaching and non-teaching) to deliver<br />
the progressive <strong>Living</strong> <strong>School</strong> philosophy and support its growth. Staffing and staff<br />
management are two platforms. Our focus will be to select teaching staff who<br />
have completed our training pogram. In so doing, we will be make judgements<br />
based on their interaction, expertise, and attitudes. The training program must be<br />
completed as a pre-requisite for any teaching position. This structure offers <strong>Living</strong><br />
<strong>School</strong> more insight to reference other than interview and referee checks.<br />
Our focus is on employing the right people, having consensus of Board regarding<br />
our policies, and clarity around the management of procedures to execute policies<br />
successfully.<br />
