Now that the fall season is upon us and

the heat is dissipating, it is a great time

of year to take your workout outdoors.

Whether you want to get moving before

your holiday meal or feel the need to mix

it up outside of the gym and enjoy the

weather, this four-movement, bodyweight

workout is great for burning calories.
