The Caribbean Festival of Arts (CARIFESTA) XIV under the
slogan “Connect, Share, Invest” was held in Trinidad & Tobago
from 16th to 25th August, 2019. Members of the
ANCT along with other Anguillian delegates represented
Anguilla at this premier festival of arts for the region. The cooks
& chef were able to express their creativity & Anguillian culture
in the dishes they prepared.
The ANCT are now poised for
the Taste of the Caribbean
competition next year in Miami
& the future certainly looks
bright for these talented
Anguillian chefs.
