Fastfood can be defined as any food that contributes little or no nutrient valueto the dietEveryone knows that the taste of fast food is scrumptious and thatmakes everyone couldn’t resist to eat it at least once in a while. However, fastfood contains a large amount of sugar, fats and carbohydrates. It also canbe described as food with low nutrients such as vitamins, minerals andfibre. This means that you are taking a large amount of unhealthy calorieswhich leads to weight gain.Apart from that, fast food is one of the main causes of healthproblems. Fast food contains high calories than our body need in our dailylife. Foods with high calories are not good for our body. That is why whenyou consume these kinds of food, it will lead to chronic diseases such asobesity, diabetes, high blood pressure etc.As a conclusion, you should eat less fast food to prevent health issues.Even though fast food is affordable, convenient and easily accessible.However, if more people understood the impact of fast food on their healththey might race down their McDonald and opt for healthier food options.
