projects. Through the discovery process, we’re able

to create a plan that effectively manages their budget

and timeline, all while delivering their vision.

Execute

Our team of experienced experts help clients manage

the entirety of their moves and/or renovations. Our

relocation team helps navigate the minutia of boxes

and totes all while our installers are communicating

updates on the installation schedule, ensuring a

successfully delivered project.

Installation Services

faster installation with lean principles

Fluid Installation Services are based on the

principles of lean installation. We receive, deliver,

and install your new furniture in the most efficient and

timely manner. Your furniture ships to our warehouse

allowing us to control the product deliveries to site

based on site readiness and overall phasing

plans.

We leave packaging materials at our warehouse and

preassemble and kit your product. This

preparation guarantees a highly efficient delivery and

installation process.

Fluid’s lean installation starts and ends with you, the

customer, in mind delivering key benefits -

Fluid Interiors provides comprehensive relocation services that can move any company to a new location with

minimal disruption of day-to-day business operations.

When Fluid coordinates a relocation project, every phase is carefully considered. Our service includes premove

planning, coordination of resources, detailed relocation schedules, employee move

meetings, on-site project management, and post-move follow-up activities.

We can integrate the installation of your new furniture, the reconfiguration or decommission of your existing

furniture with your relocation project to provide a seamless, one-stop service.

Day 2 Services

When it comes to Day 2 Services from simple service

requests and warranties to complex Moves,

Adds, and Changes, completing tasks quickly is our

specialty.

At Fluid, each service account is assigned their own

MAC Lead. Your MAC Lead is accountable for all

aspects of your service requests – a single point of

contact for the daily needs that come up.

Fluid Interiors has significantly set and raised the bar as it relates

to outsourced facilities maintenance. SPS Commerce completes

over 2,000 employee workstation moves annually, and we have

streamlined the process to where we’ve saved countless overtime

hours of staff working weekends, to having Fluid handle all of the

details of our employee moves. We’re hoping to integrate their

system to our OfficeSpace system so data is entered once for a

move, and that’s it. In my 16 years with SPS Commerce, this has by

far been the most shored up and efficient process I’ve had a hand in

changing, and I’m incredibly proud to call Fluid a facilities partner.

Fluid’s Asset Management Programs includes the facilities, resources, and technology to manage

and track your furniture. We can help you reduce storage costs and maximize the utilization of your

existing assets.

We also create stocking programs so you can quickly satisfy your employee needs for ergonomic products

such as height adjustable tables, task chairs, and monitor arms.

All items are bar-coded and stored in climate controlled and secured facilities. Your product is always

safe and protected.

Our asset management team is trained and experienced in warehousing and storage and our web-based

technology provides reporting capabilities and on-line access to your assets.

The new MAC service has been so easy to implement and the response time

has greatly improved. We have always enjoyed working with the service

technicians and now we can communicate directly with them to schedule and

inquire about service. It has put our mind at ease knowing our requests have
