Harlan will cover severalprocesses, but cloisonné will be theprimary technique covered. It can besimple or complex. Everyone will learnhow to use Harlan’s special jig for formingrepetitive shapes in cloisonné. Basicmetalsmithing/jewelry skills and someenameling experience would be helpful,but beginners are welcome. The classwill also be composing haiku poemsas a means to focus, relax, and foster asense of community.
