Week of Prayer and Fasting
God is at work – but we would love to
see him do more.
So we have set aside January 12-19
as a week of prayer and fasting. That
doesn’t mean you have to fast all that
week or you can’t pray at any other
time – but we want to set aside some
time to seek God for 2020.
We invite you to Join us -the
following are opportunities to gather
together to pray
Tuesday morning Prayer – January
14 – 9:15 am – 9:45 am
Tuesday afternoon Prayer – January
14 – 5:00 pm – 5:30 pm
Wednesday Early Morning Prayer –
January 15 – 6:00 am to 6:30 am.
Wednesday Evening of Prayer –
January 15 – 7pm-8pm
Also that week we encourage you to
set aside an extra 30 minutes of
prayer during your day at least 4
times between January 12 – 19.

>>Ask God if he might want you
to add fasting as part of your seeking
him. It could be fasting from food for a
meal, a day, 2 days, or more. Or even
cutting out some food – like coffee,
or chocolate or even doing a Daniel
Fast (eat only fruit and vegetables), or
perhaps doing a media fast (cutting out
Facebook, TV, YouTube, Instagram,
etc.) for a day or longer.
Let’s seek him together and see how
God might work.
