wirst du über die technischen Schritte informiert, die zum Vertragsabschluss
führen. Eine Bestellbestätigung bekommst du umgehend

LIEFERN
Die Bestellung wird unter dem Vorbehalt angenommen, dass die
Ware im Lager Bad Häring verfügbar ist. Bei Nichtverfügbarkeit der
Ware werden wir dich schnellstmöglich verständigen. Schadenersatz
wegen verspäteter Lieferung ist ausgeschlossen. Teillieferungen
sind zulässig. Unsere Angaben über Lieferfristen gelten als

RÜCKGABERECHT - GARANTIE
Innerhalb von 7 Tagen ab Erhalt der Lieferung kannst du bestellte
Artikel zurücksenden. Vorausgesetzt die Ware ist unbenutzt, vollständig
und originalverpackt. Wir gewähren dir 1 Jahr Garantie auf
Material- und Verarbeitungsfehler. Verschleiß und Verkratzung der
Brille auf Grund falscher Handhabung und Verfärbung der Textilien
auf Grund falscher Waschvorgängen sind von den Garantieansprüchen
ausgeschlossen. Grundsätzlich gilt: Brille nach dem
Gebrauch in den mitgelieferten Mikrofaser Reinigung- und Aufbewahrungsbeutel
und in das Hardcase/Softcase geben. Vermeide
deshalb die Brille unter anderem in die Hosentasche, Rucksack,
Handtasche, Autoablage... ohne Schutz hin- oder reinzulegen und
somit ist die Ware von Garantieansprüchen ausgeschlossen: Die
Funktion wird dadurch aber meist nicht beeinträchtigt. Mängelrügen
sind unverzüglich, spätestens aber binnen 3 Tagen nach Erhalt
der Ware schriftlich mittels eingeschriebenem Briefs oder Email
vorzunehmen.
Der Verbraucher hat bei Mängeln das Recht auf Umtausch. Für den
Umtausch der Waren muss der Verbraucher diese 14 Tage nach
Erhalt an REBORN senden. Es gilt das Datum des Poststempels.
Der Kunde hat nachzuweisen, dass der Mangel zum Zeitpunkt der
Warenübergabe bereits vorhanden war. REBORN kann berechtigte
Gewährleistungsansprüche nach Wahl, außer durch Umtausch,
auch durch Verbesserungen oder Preisminderung befriedigen.
EIGENTUM
Bis zur vollständigen Bezahlung der gelieferten Waren bleiben diese
im unbeschränkten Eigentum von REBORN.
Anwendbares Recht - Gerichtsstand
Erfüllung für Lieferung und Zahlung ist Bad Häring. Das Vertragsverhältnis
unterliegt dem Recht der Republik Österreich unter Ausschluss
der UN-Kaufrechtes. Gerichtsstand für alle aus dem Vertragsverhältnis
entstehenden Streitigkeiten ist das Landesgericht
Innsbruck.

RIGHT OF RETURN - GUARANTEE
Within 7 days from receipt of delivery you can return the ordered
items. Provided the goods are unused, complete and in their original
packaging. We grant you 1 year warranty on material and processing
defects. Wear and scratching of the glasses due to incorrect
handling and discoloration of the textiles due to incorrect washing
procedures are excluded from the warranty claims. Basically, the
following applies: After use, place glasses in the supplied microfibre
cleaning and storage bag and in the Harcase/Sofcase. Avoid therefore
the glasses among other things in the trouser pocket, backpack,
handbag, car storage,... without protection and therefore the
product is excluded from warranty claims: However, the function is
usually not impaired. Complaints must be made immediately, but
at the latest within 3 days after receipt of the goods in writing by
registered letter or email.
The consumer has the right to exchange the goods in case of defects.
For the exchange of the goods the consumer must send these
14 days after receipt to REBORN. The date of the postmark is
valid. The customer has to prove that the defect already existed at
the time of delivery. REBORN can satisfy justified warranty claims
at its option, except by exchange, also by improvements or price
reduction.
OWNERSHIP
Until full payment of the delivered goods, they remain the unrestricted
property of REBORN.
APPLICABLE LAW - PLACE OF JURISDICTION
Performance for delivery and payment is Bad Häring. The contractual
relationship is subject to the law of the Republic of Austria to the
exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International
Sale of Goods. The court of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from
the contractual relationship shall be the Innsbruck Regional Court.
