TERMS & CONDITIONS OF HIRE• Minimum order amount is Rp. 750,000 ( exclusive transport )• Published rate is inclusive tax and excludes delivery cost.• All payments received is net amount invoiced hence client is responsible for all bank fees. Internationalbank transfers require additional $5 and credit card payment requires additional 3.5% from total amount.• To help us trace the payment, please email remittance to• hello@balidecorrental.com or sales@balidecorrental.com with the invoice code number.• Cancelation fee will incur 50% after job confirmation, 75% if cancel less than two weeks before eventdate. 100% fee if less than 3 days before the event.• Force majeure (ie: flood, earthquake, fire, wind, etc) and any damage or loss of rentals or props itemsduring event, will be charged to client / wedding planner after the event and must be settled within 2business days.• Payment Term: Full payment upon confirmation is required to confirm booking. Any additional items willbe charged as additional and shall be settled 7 business days before event date. Quotation validity 2weeks from stated quote date.• Damage deposit for select items in the amount of 50% of replacement cost must be satisfied beforedelivery or pick up of the items as guarantee in case of loss or damage. If there is no damage, the fullamount will be return at the end of the event, if possible, or by the next day at the latest. Any damageor loss of the rental items will be charged to client. The cost will be informed to client in advance uponconfirmation.• Full payment upfront received no later than 2 (two weeks) before the event date and 30 (thirty days) forselected items if requires a specialised production process.• Rental is for daily term; all furniture will be collected at the conclusion of event no later than 1 AM.• Standard delivery charges are 600,000 IDR or 900,000 IDR depending on size, number of items, and/or location. Charge includes delivery, set up, and pack down; if repositioning of items (i.e, chairs) isrequired, our team will stand by until such time service is completed. This must be requested in advanceupon initial order.• Additional delivery and/or rental fees will apply for deliveries day before event and/or collection dayafter event.• Additional delivery surcharge will apply for following venues due to difficulty of access: KhayanganEstate, The Edge, Sundays Beach Club, Karma Kandara, Mandapa, Ritz Carlton Ubud, Villa Biru Laut,Padang Padang, Bingin Beach, The Chedi, etc.• All furniture must be returned clean and in good condition.• Hirer accepts responsibility for the replacement of any damaged items and will be charged accordingly.• Selective items for glassware / tableware must be delivered / collected by BDR team.• No items are reserved until deposit is received.• Clients are responsible for any damages that may occur during transport to/from event if goods are selfcollected by clients/planners themselves.• Reduction in quantity greater than 20% and/or reductions made within 14 days of event subject to 50%amount of total rate of cancelled items.• Client agrees to pay any damages or loss of items, regardless of cause, which will be deducted fromrefundable deposit.Special / Customize Order : A non refundable full payment is required for new items or large quantityorder that specially produce based on request• Production will only start after payment receive, failure to settle by 1 week a er the invoice is issued willresult in cancellation of the production. Order is final and only 10% reduction from the total amount isallowed.• Fabrics will take at least 4 days after the event for laundry before we can give the final report.• Current price list is valid until December 31, 2020.
