Problem: The Buyer Required Standby LC
The UAE trader signed a contract to import Gold dust from Ghana.
For this, the supplier required Standby LC in their favor. So, the
UAE trader started searching for the ways to avail Standby LC.
As the buyer didn’t have the enough cash funds or banking facility
available, they were unable to raise Standby LC request from their
own bank account.

Once it’s paid, we instructed our bank to issue the SBLC on behalf of the
buyer and in favor of the supplier. Accordingly, our bank issued the Standby
LC to the supplier’s bank account via authenticated Swift MT760.
