Funded in part by the National Network
of Libraries of Medicine, Become Health
Literate! is a new library initiative with
the aim of promoting health literacy in
the community. Interactive flat screens
and health kiosks were installed
throughout the library where patrons
can access credible health information.

program series.
This program is funded by The National Network of Libraries of
Medicine and is in partnership with the Mayor’s Health Task Force,
Lawrence Youth Council and Greater Lawrence Family Health Center.
