Orbiting Garden was originally written for piano, commissioned by the
Music Gallery, Toronto for Anthony de Mare with funding from the Canada
Council. It was premiered by Anthony de Mare at Music Gallery, Toronto,
Canada on 8 April 1989.
This version for accordion was commissioned by Conaccord Canada for
Joseph Petric with a grant from the Laidlaw Foundation
