The BPO is accepting applications from amateur musicians 25 years old and older, who have a moderate

faculty on their instruments and a willingness to learn. Due to the unique circumstances of this

experience, there are limited spots open for each section, and the BPO will be unable to provide feedback

on the selection process. No audition is required. All applicants will be notified by June 22 nd .

Registration to participate in the Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra Fantasy Camp constitutes a contract. In

consideration for participation in the program, participant agrees to assume all risk of personal injury, loss

or damage to property. The Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra may revoke the privilege to participate in this

adult education program for misconduct, nuisance caused by participant, or any other reason deemed

sufficient by the Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra. The participant also agrees to hold harmless and

indemnify the Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra and their respective directors, officers, agents and

employees from any and all claims, actions, injuries or damages which may be sustained or caused by

participant in connection with these activities. All film, audio and digital files created for and from this

event are the sole property of the Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra and may not be used without written

consent. By participating, you are agreeing that the BPO may use your image for future promotions. This

release is for Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra use only and does not grant permission for program

participants to use photographs or recorded media of other participants, Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra

events, employees or concert hall property, whether for semi-public/public consumption or personal gain.

Participants are responsible for their comments and information posted to the World Wide Web, as

provided by law.
