Land Experts on Your Doorstep
Location, and therefore land, is a key part of any development. DOMVS Director, Neil Greenway, is a land and
development expert with an architecture background - a true all-rounder. He and his team enjoy a remarkable
track record for finding the “sweet spot” of a project. There’s no substitute for experience, and it’s what sets
DOMVS apart when it comes to:

Auctions are a tried-and-tested way of buying and selling property. We offer two different types:
- Traditional Auction: On the fall of the gavel, the successful bidder pays a 10% deposit and is legally bound
to buy the property. Completion is within 28 days. The seller is also legally bound to sell. This type of auction
favours cash buyers and investors and is held at The Grosvenor House Hotel in London six times a year.
- Network E: An alternative way of buying and selling property. A new online auction combining the speed and
certainty of traditional auctions with the best aspects of an estate agency sale. The winning bidder secures
an Exclusivity Agreement; a fixed period (normally four weeks) in which to arrange a survey and finance prior
to exchanging contracts, safe in the knowledge they will not be gazumped. At the close of the auction, the
exclusivity agreement is formed granting the winning bidder time to secure any necessary finance before
exchanging contracts - during this period the seller undertakes not to sell to anyone else. The winning bidder
pays a deposit of 1% of the purchase price (subject to a minimum £3,500) for the agreement in part payment
for the property, and the exclusivity arrangement fee of £2,000 including VAT. The seller has a serious buyer
who is committed to the transaction and the buyer knows their purchase is secure.

Residential Sales department will appraise your house and circumstances. Thereafter, our auctioneer will visit
the property to ensure you have full guidance to help you with the next step.

Virtual Reality Property Tours
As the first property agent in the south of England to introduce Virtual Reality Property Tours, DOMVS now
offers buyers a fully immersive viewing experience. Using our VR headset, buyers can now ‘walk’ around a
property without leaving the DOMVS office, or can view online from the comfort of their own homes.
We create Virtual Reality Property Tours in the same way as we conduct the rest of our business; calmly,
efficiently and professionally. We believe it is essential we present your home as you see it yourself.
VR tours are recorded by our negotiators using a 360° video camera. By placing the camera in the centre of
the room, we are able to show the property in much the same way as we would to a client; we can walk around
each room and highlight notable features and details, aiding the viewer in imagining the property as if it were
their own. This creates a seamless and, more importantly, natural experience for the viewer, allowing them to
fully appreciate the property to its fullest.
As our tours are video rather than a set of images, we are able to ‘escort’ viewers around the property, rather
than simply providing them with an interactive view of the interior. This is an essential part of our aim to make
the experience more immersive and enjoyable for the prospective buyer, and allows us to offer a more effective
