Studying at Politecnico di Milano is a guarantee of stable employment and fast inclusion in the

labour market. Numbers do not lie, as it appears clearly from the latest employment survey and the

data collected in this publication. A positive result for our students. Over 40,000 students who,

despite a very competitive international education scene, still choose our university. Their interest

and commitment is what we wish to nurture in our classrooms and we are proud that employers

recognize and appreciate its value. We work every day in close contact with these companies to

improve the educational offer and make it more responsive to the country’s need for innovation.

For the fifth consecutive year, the employment rate of the Master of Science graduates at

Politecnico has increased. According to the latest survey, 94% of graduates find work within a year

from the end of their studies, compared to 91% of five years ago. But there is more: over 90% of

graduates find a job that is in line with their degree within 6 months from graduation. In addition

to being employed, our graduates are also satisfied: if they were to go back, almost 90% would still

choose Politecnico di Milano.

It is this sense of belonging and open dialogue that allows us to grow. For this reason, we monitor the

careers of our Alumni 3 and 5 years after graduation. To verify over time the return of investment

in studying at Politecnico; to analyse the strength of the skills acquired at university and applied in

the world of work; to create a great community that values talent and that, today more than ever,

is by our side in supporting the projects of the university.
