Providing Training and Consultancy
in Workplace Mental Health
ABOUT US
At Three Eggs, we help businesses to create
and maintain a positive mental health culture.
Our friendly team includes experienced teachers, business professionals and a
Clinical Psychologist to make sure that our training is led by evidence-based expertise
in the subject, a deep understanding of how learners learn and an appreciation of how
the training fits into the workplace.
WHAT WE DO
CONSULTANCY
We can work with your HR advisors,
personnel team or senior leadership team to
develop an organisation-wide programme of
workplace mental health support. This might
include advice on mental health policies
and procedures, an audit of current mental
health provision and a package of training
recommendations and supporting material.
COURSES
At Three Eggs Training, we work with
organisations to support the mental
wellbeing of the whole team. A first
step could be to hold a mental health
awareness workshop, providing an
overview of the main mental health
problems people experience. We explain
what to look out for and what to do
next. This helps to get the whole team
talking about mental health.
Next we train some members of the
team to be Mental Health First Aiders.
Our courses provides these individuals
with the skills to look out for signs of
poor mental health amongst the team
and hold supportive conversations
with those who are suffering. They also
signpost to next step support, so people
get the help they need before things
become too difficult. It’s possible to
deliver these courses in the classroom
or via a webinar – contact us to discuss
what would work best for your team.
E -LEARNINGS
Some of our training can be delivered as interactive
e-learning packages, designed for use on multiple
devices, which might be especially useful for teams
returning to work in the coming weeks. If you’re
preparing for a phased return to work, you can
make sure that everyone receives the same training
package, whether they’re back in the office, or
working remotely.
Our courses are designed to specifically complement
your industry - we recognise that different working
environments require a different emphasis to make
them relevant to your people and your setting.
This means the training is immediately applicable
and useful, is delivered in an efficient manner and
offers excellent value for money and return on your
investment.
FOLLOW UP
Building an ongoing relationship with you is important to us
here at Three Eggs Training. Our courses don’t have to end
with a certificate – we can stay in touch with your teams,
provide them with materials to keep the mental health
conversation alive and to help continue to support an open
culture of mental health awareness within your organisation.
WHY WE DO IT
Mental health problems affect
1 in 4 people and will soon account
for more lost days at work than all
physical conditions put together.
Under HSE guidelines employers have a responsibility
to manage the risks associated with stress and look for ways
to manage mental health conditions. The HSE supports Lord
Stevenson’s ‘Thriving at Work’ review that indicates ways
organisations can improve mental health in the workplace.
Three key ways we support you to improve
mental health in the workplace:
1. Create a mental health at work plan
2. Promote communications and open conversations,
by raising awareness and reducing stigma
3. Provide a mechanism for monitoring
actions and outcomes
There’s growing evidence that the Coronavirus
pandemic has had a detrimental effect on many
people’s mental health, so even more are
likely to need support.
Mental health
is just as
important as
physical health

The organisation supported this by enrolling the team on the

budget year and they are utilising our support packs that include
great ideas for team communication to keep the training and
ideas live throughout the whole year.
They use the Mental Health First Aider to deliver quick fire
5 minute talks on a monthly basis and use a whiteboard to
promote a monthly wellbeing theme.
