SPA ETIQUETTE 

Opening times 

Our spa and beauty centre is open from 9:00 until 12:00 and from 

14:30 until 19:30. 

Appointments 

We recommend that you book an appointment by phone or e-mail 

before your arrival. Please try to book around three weeks in advance 

so that we can take into account your wishes regarding time and 

therapists. You will receive your appointment card upon arrival directly 

from the hotel reception desk. 

Treatments 

To prepare for your treatment in peace, please come to the waiting 

area of the spa and beauty centre ten minutes before the start of 

your treatment. Sit down and drink a cup of tea. You will be picked up 

by one of our therapists. Please be aware that we will not be able to 

extend treatments if you do not attend on time. Treatments will be 

charged at full price. We recommend that you take time to rest after 

the treatment. 

Cancellation 

If you cancel your treatment up to 24 hours before the start of 

treatment, no costs will be incurred. If you cancel your treatment at 

short notice (less than 24 hours), we will have to charge you 70% of 

the treatment cost. Treatments which are not cancelled at all will be 

charged at 100% of the treatment cost. 

Clothing 

Please come to your appointment in bathrobe, slippers and without 

jewellery. You will be covered with sheets and towels to protect your 

privacy. Disposable briefs are available. For the Thai massage, foot 

reflexology and physiotherapeutic treatment we kindly as you to 

wear comfy clothing. 

Health 

To make you feel even more comfortable in our spa and beauty 

centre and to ensure that we respond to your individual needs, 

please inform us of your wishes. Let us know if you have any health 

problems, intolerances, allergies or injuries before you start the 

treatment. 

Pregnancy 

Our spa treatments are also open to pregnant women, but please 

consult your doctor before you go on your holiday to make sure the 

treatments selected are suitable for you. 

Hygiene 

The rooms are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after each 

treatment. 

Etiquette 

All guests should be able to relax and unwind. Please respect the 

privacy of spa guests and switch off your mobile phone.
