My favourite thing about LHS has to be the positive relationships between the staff

and students. Our school really is unique in how much the staff and students care for

each other. I am also extremely proud of how creative our students are. The pupils’

work in the art department is fantastic and I love to see the wonderful creations on

display around the school and on our art Instagram account. The school shows are

always amazing and when you walk down the music corridor and hear our talented

students playing their instruments and singing, it makes me proud to be part of LHS.

What was your favourite subject in school?

My favourite subjects were Art and Science.

When you have freetime, how do you like to spend it?

Reading, spending time with my children, baking and gardening.

What message do you want to share with our new Year 7 students?

You are going to have many wonderful opportunities at LHS and we all look forward

to meeting you. Don’t be worried about starting a new school as you will have so

much support from many of our caring staff.
