Introduction

This is the official product catalog of Gumix Elastor company. Here we have gathered almost all of our

products that we are producing on daily basis. Many of our products are custom made and are protected

with contracts so there is no option for them to be listed here. But we did our best to present to you

what we can make.

Gumix Elastor is manufacturing rubber parts for more then 25 years. We are producing more then 1000

different products from rubber or rubber in combination with metal and other materials.

Because of the special production process of the rubber products where a lot of hand work is involved

we are able to make custom parts in very short period. We are also taking care of tool development and

product improvement with the help of our R&D department.

Einleitung

Dies ist der offizielle Produktkatalog der Firma Gumix Elastor. Hier haben wir fast alle unsere Produkte

aufgelistet, die wir täglich produzieren. Viele unserer Produkte sind Sonderanfertigungen und vertraglich

geschützt, sodass sie hier nicht aufgeführt werden können. Aber wir haben unser Bestes getan, um

Ihnen unser breites Sortiment zu präsentieren.

Gumix Elastor stellt seit mehr als 25 Jahren Gummiteile her. Wir produzieren mehr als 1000

verschiedene Produkte aus Gummi oder Gummi in Kombination mit Metall und anderen Materialien.

Aufgrund des speziellen Produktionsprozesses der Gummiprodukte, bei dem viel Handarbeit erforderlich

ist, können wir in sehr kurzer Zeit kundenspezifische Teile herstellen. Mit Hilfe unserer Forschungs- und

Entwicklungsabteilung kümmern wir uns auch um die Werkzeugentwicklung und Produktverbesserung.

Apart from the standard Rubber and Rubber-metal products, we are also manufacturers of professional

snowplough blades under our trademark NORSKAL. Norskal COMBI blades are manufactured with the

HARDOX® steel plates from Sweden.

ANTI VIBRATION MOUNTS

SCHWINGUNGSDÄMPFER

Description

Anti vibration mounts are used to absorb the vibration produced from different kind of machines like

engines, generators, drilling machines, lathe machines, CNC machines etc. They can be mounted on the

product alone, on the surface that is in the contact with the machine, or on both the surface and the product.

Most commonly they are used for machines that are working in closed area.

Beschreibung

Schwingungsdämpfer werden verwendet, um die Vibration, die von verschiedenen Arten von Maschinen

(Maschinen wie Motoren, Generatoren, Bohrmaschinen, Drehmaschinen, CNC-Maschinen usw.) zu

Schwingungsdämpfer

Types based on usage

There are many types of anti vibration mounts available on market, and we are not able to sort all of

them into a reasonable sized catalog, so we decided to split most common anti vibration mounts into

categories as follows:

• Fixed mounts

These mounts need to be fixed on the product and on the chassis or construction. Mostly

used as engine mounts, compresor mounts, engine coolers, etc.

• Floor mounts with height adjustment

These mounts are used for standalone constructions that need to have perfect alignment

and height adjustment. Mostly used on CNC machines, worktables and lathe machines.

• Ground holders

Ground holders are used together with fixed mounts when a construction or a product

needs to be fixed to the ground. Ground holder can also be used for walls. Mostly used for

high precision machines like CNC machines and laser cutting machines.

• Sandwich mounts

Sandwich mounts are used for many types of machines, they can be made with or with

out holes. They can be made in 2 meter long plates and then cutted, or in a custom mould

where each piece is vulcanised.

Typen basierend auf die Verwendung

Katalog mit angemessener Größe sortieren. Daher haben wir uns entschlossen, die gängigsten Schwingungsdämpfer

wie folgt in Kategorien aufzuteilen:

• Feste Schwingungsdämpfer

Diese Halterungen müssen am Produkt und am Konstruktion oder nur an der Konstruktion

befestigt werden. Meistens werden sie als Motoraufhängung verwendet.

• Boden Schwingungsdämpfer mit Höhenverstellung

Diese Halterungen werden für eigenständige Konstruktionen verwendet, die eine perfekte

Ausrichtung und Höheneinstellung erfordern. Werden hauptsächlich auf Arbeitstischen

und Drehmaschinen verwendet.

• Bodenhalter

Bodenhalter werden zusammen mit festen Schwingungsdämpfern verwendet, wenn

eine Konstruktion oder ein Produkt am Boden befestigt werden muss. Bodenhalter

können auch für Wände verwendet werden. Werden hauptsächlich für hochpräzise

Maschien wie CNC-Maschinen und Laserschneidmaschinen verwendet.

• Sandwich-Schwingungsdämpfer

Sandwichhalterungen werden für viele Arten von Maschinen verwendet. Sie können mit

oder ohne Löcher hergestellt werden. Sie können in 2 Meter langen Platten hergestellt

und dann geschnitten werden oder in einer benutzerdefinierten Form, in der jedes Stück

vulkanisiert wird.

or one sided etc. But we decided to sort them in groups as follows:

• Round

Most commonly used type of grommets for round holes.

• Oval

Oval grommets are usualy larger and are used for more different cabels at once.

• Square

Used for sqare holes, to convert the sqare shape into circle.

• Special

Made for many non-standard situations like holes in corners, sensitive cabels, non-stand

ard holes and narrow spaces.
