ASMEF commits to:
Seek to achieve zero accidents or harm to people
and a minimal impact upon the environment
through the company’s operations.
Demonstrate leadership, commitment and
accountability in HSE through all levels of
management, supervision and the workforce.
Commit adequate resources to meet all our HSE
commitments.
Set a high standard of environmental health
and safety protection through an effective
management structure and documented HSE
policies and procedures that shall be widely
communicated to all interested parties and
regularly reviewed and audited for efficacy and to
aid continual improvement.
Identify, assess and manage aspects, impacts,
hazards and risks from our activities and services.
Comply fully with all Statutory & Regulatory
requirements.
Promote a positive HSE culture by ensuring that HSE
takes precedence in all business interests and work
activities.
Maintaining a culture within the company which
encourages the free and honest reporting of
health, safety and environmental issues, which shall
be investigated and corrected appropriately.
Consult with employees and encourage
participation at all levels, ensuring that all staff share
a commitment to health, safety and the protection
of the environment.
Ensure that all involved in meeting our commitments
are appropriately informed and trained.
