Climate Change Cell of the Department of Environment expresses gratitude to the collective<br />

Views of government officials, civil society members and development partners <strong>in</strong> several<br />

stakeholders’ consultation workshops enriched the research outcome.<br />

Special gratitude to the dist<strong>in</strong>guished expert, Dr. Asaduzzaman, Research Director,<br />

<strong>Bangladesh</strong> Institute of Development Studies (BIDS), who <strong>as</strong> peer-reviewer, provided<br />

valuable <strong>in</strong>sight on research methodology, analysis and f<strong>in</strong>d<strong>in</strong>gs.<br />

Cell is grateful to the Department of Environment, M<strong>in</strong>istry of Environment and Forests for<br />

the <strong>in</strong>itiative for publication of the research paper. In this respect, Md. Nojibur Rahman,<br />

former Director General, DoE supported the Cell throughout the <strong>in</strong>itiative and provided much<br />

needed directives for the publication.<br />

Contribution of Dr. Fazle Rabbi Sadeque Ahmed, Director, DoE <strong>in</strong> f<strong>in</strong>aliz<strong>in</strong>g the research<br />
