of all brides and grooms.
The Redcastle’s highly experienced
Wedding Team work tirelessly to
ensure every detail of your special day
is amazing, allowing you to relax and
spend the day with your family and
friends.
Being involved in the planning
and overseeing of such a special day
really is such a rewarding job. I love
the excitement of helping a couple
plan their most important day. To be
involved in a day where all their family
and friends come together to celebrate
their relationship and their marriage,
feels very special. I’ve always had such
a passion for weddings, I feel I am the
type of person that people can trust and
rely on.
I have worked with the company for
over a decade now, I’ve been both a
guest and a bridesmaid for a wedding
here and I can honestly say that the
Aisleen, Gerry, Tracy & Madeleine
food and the service you receive
is fantastic. In addition to this,
the stunning grounds which offer
the perfect backdrop for your
photos, with the option of having
an indoor or outdoor ceremony,
the fully inclusive packages mean

to be here at the beautiful Redcastle
Hotel. I truly am delighted to be
the wedding co-ordinator for such
an amazing property. The hotel has
recently been shortlisted for Hotel
Wedding Venue of the Year Ulster.

Meet Madeleine
McLaughlin, Banqueting
Manager
As newly appointed Banquet
Manager I join the Team with 21+yrs
experience in Hospitality. With 650+
Weddings celebrated; I look forward
to meeting the new couples taking
their journey with the Redcastle
Team.
For me, organisation is the key
and working alongside Aisleen,
Tracey and Gerry who have the
same attributes, we make the perfect
team. Overseeing the team on the
floor doing their part on the Day and
making sure each and every guest is
looked after, is very rewarding. As an
added bonus, we have a strong local
work force here which we are very
proud of.
I have the role of following through
on all requests and personal details
that each couple have for their Day.
From set-up in the morning to dinner
service and the evening buffet. I get to
experience all the special memories
that are made on this day. The top
table is a very special magical place
to be at, especially during Speeches.

Meet Tracy Cavanagh,
Banqueting Chef
I joined The Recastle Hotel
Kitchen Team in 2011, I have had
a passion for cooking for as long
as I can remember and started
working in a kitchen aged 17. I get
great satisfaction when I see the
finished product and especially
when we always receive such
great feedback from our couples.
Each wedding day is intense,
but it is very rewarding when
you know that people enjoy your
creations. Having coveted our 2nd
AA Rosette Award in The Edge
Restaurant for culinary excellence,
our team offer unforgettable
mouth-watering cuisine. After a
wedding, we all know that the
one thing people remember and
comment is the food, so at The
Redcastle Hotel we always like to
make sure it is memorable for the
right reasons!
Meet Gerry McKeever,
Head of Concierge
Gerry McKeever is our award
winning Concierge and a member
of ‘Les Clef d’Or’ from the
international association which
recognises the best concierges in
the world. Redcastle Hotel’s Gerry
McKeever is well known among
guests and staff due to his genuine
warmth and his permanent smile.
He has the honour of welcoming
all the guests and bridal parties,
but his welcome does not stop
at just the tip of his hat, Gerry
has a wealth of knowledge about
the hotel and local area. This
experience has been gained from
his 12 years of loyal Redcastle
Hotel service. And because of
his dedication to the job and
his continuing drive for high
standards and customer care Gerry
has been accepted as a member
of the prestigious Les Clef d’Or
Association (The Golden Keys)
and also won Concierge of The
Year 2017.
