Waco has long been known as the Heart of Texas. It’s home

town may now be best known as the home of HGTV Fixer Upper stars
Chip and Joanna Gaines. As the Gaines’ continue to make changes in
Waco, their newest venture is launching their own network, taking
over what is currently the DIY Network. See where it all began for the
couple on a tour of Waco with local guides that reveal many locations
seen on their show and even passes a couple of the renovated
homes. An entire free day allows for shopping at the Magnolia Silos,
located just blocks from your hotel, as well as several other stores
featured on the show. Arrive in Dallas and enjoy time to explore
Grapevine’s quaint historic downtown area, and take a guided tour
of the Fort Worth Stockyards National Historic District to learn about
the authentic history of the cattle drive era and Texas.
