Scott-Long has collaborated with
Thrive Senior Living to build two facilities
in the Northern Virginia area, Tribute
at One Loudon, in Ashburn, &
Tribute at the Glen, in Woodbridge.
These are assisted living communities
with memory care that keep residents
engaged in a lifestyle they love. Both
projects totaled roughly 250,000 SF
which included residential units, commercial
kitchens, meeting rooms, fitness
areas, & other amenities such as a
salon and outdoor patio.
TRIBUTE SENIOR LIVING FACILITIES

Scott-Long has two major Senior
Living Facility projects in progress.
Sunrise Senior Living of Fairfax,
which involved the complete demolition
of the old facility and subsequent
replacement with a new
facility. The 99,340 SF facility
consists of 83 units and a parking
garage. The new facility will be
completed in June, 2021. The
second facility is Artis Senior Living
of Potomac, a new, 38,500 SF
building with 72 units divided into
four wings, each with their own
individual architectural style to help
residents find their way to their
homes. This project will be
completed in September 2021.
PROJECTS IN PROGRESS

This project consists of renovations &
additions to the west wing & acute care
facility on three levels with a total area
of 74,110SF. Temporary provisions
were made to allow portions of the
building to be fully occupied throughout
the construction. The project required
abatement of hazardous materials,
replacement of fireproofing, & penetrations
within occupied areas.
INOVA MEDICAL CAMPUS LEESBURG

This project consisted of the addition
of over 150,000 SF as well as
major sitework. Parking lots were
expanded, buildings were demolished
& replaced by the new addition,
physician and staff entrances
were permanently relocated.
INOVA FAIR OAKS HOSPITAL EXPANSION

The newly constructed 105,790SF facility
serves as the Patrick Henry College’s
student life center. Features include an
NCAA regulation basketball arena, offices,
classrooms, sound attenuating
music studios, a central data center,
bookstore, & mail room. This facility
also houses the main food service center
for the campus, featuring a full-scale
commercial kitchen, coffee bar, &
lounge. The exterior façade compliments
the architecture in the area with
a Flemish bond brick pattern, & Roman
ionic columns.
