Warranty

The warranty coverages are described as follows:
The warranty period for Physical Goods purchased from I5 Industries is 10 years from the date of purchase.
During the warranty period, I5 Industries will at our discretion, repair or replace, to the original purchaser,
any product that is defective in materials or workmanship, given normal use and care of single shift
service, standard commercial usage, defined as a standard 40 hour work week.
This warranty does not cover:
Cost of transportation or labor
Damage caused by transportation
Negligence or alteration by the purchaser
Misuse
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstance, including but not limited to breach of contract, breach of warranty or negligence,
shall I5 Industries be liable for lost profits, loss of goodwill, stored data, general, special, consequential or
exemplary damages, even if I5 Industries had notice of these damages or they were foreseeable. I5 Industries
shall not be responsible for verifying dealer’s or customer’s description of needs, data, or the fitness
for a particular purpose of goods. I5 Industries liability in all cases shall be limited to repair or replacement
of the defective parts, or the purchase price of the product. Damages resulting from misuse, abuse, alteration,
negligence, or accidents are not covered under this warranty. Except as otherwise provided, the
Company makes no other warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of
merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To obtain warranty service, you must go to i5industries.com and fill out a claims form. From there we will
contact you for further information.
Orders
Please submit all order forms or purchase orders to Orders@i5industries.com. All orders will be processed
within 24-48 hours. For freight transit time zone maps go to I5industries.com and click on Freight Maps at
the bottom of the home page.
Freight Damage
If your order has incurred damage caused by the freight company, which is damage that you can see without
having to unbox product you have 72 hours to submit a claim for that product. In order to get your
product replaced at no charge to you photos of all pallets and the bill of lading must have the drivers notation
of the damage at the time of delivery. It is very important to inspect all pallets upon delivery. If we are
unable to file a claim with the freight company due to lack of information from the dealer, then it will be
the dealers responsibility to pay for the replacement.

As a manufacturer of goods, we have a responsibility
to the planet to do our part. There is an inevitable
need for these products, but by never losing
site of the environmental footprint we have we can
ensure that we produce products that are as green
as possible.
The wood used to make our products is sourced
from a sustainable forest. A sustainable forest is a
forest that is carefully managed so that as trees
are felled, they are replaced with seedlings that
eventually grow into mature trees.

We hold these environmental certifications:
TSCA Title VI
requires that composite wood products be tested and
certified, ensuring only compliant products enter the
product supply chain.
CARB Certified
To receive CARB Certification, manufacturers undergo
quarterly inspections and testing, and routine quality
control testing at manufacturing locations. Manufacturers
that earn certification demonstrate that

their
panels comply with the emission standards by labeling
their panels as CARB Phase 2 compliant.
Greenguard Certified
About US
When a product bears Greenguard certification, it
means that it is designed for indoor spaces in such a
way that it meets strict chemical emissions limits and
has been tested for more than 10,000 chemicals.
