Cancellations are unpleasant for you as well as for us. Please inform us as soon as
possible if you have to cancel. Cancellation charges: More than 1 month (30 days)
prior to the arrival - no cancellation fee; 30 days to 21 days before the arrival 40% of
the booked value; 20 days to 8 days before the arrival 70% of the booked value; the
last 7 days prior to your arrival 90% of the booked value.
Due to the variety of rooms in the individual categories, deviations from the illustrations are possible.

The local tax of € 2,80 per person/day is not
included in the room price and is charged
separately (from the age of 15).
Breakfast only: € 15,- reduction on the room
price per person/day
Extra charges:
· Gala Dinner on Christmas Eve € 50,- p.p.
on New Year's Eve € 55,- p.p. incl. New Year's
brunch
· Massages from € 55,- to € 70,-
· Garage charge € 15,- /day
Extra charge for dogs: € 15,- per day per dog
without food. (We reserve the right to charge for
final cleaning). For hygienic reasons, dogs are not
allowed to enter our dining room and the wellbeing
zone.
Bookings are only binding if both sides have given
written confirmation and if a deposit of € 200,- per
person has been paid. The deposit can be sent to
us by online banking or by credit card * (*please
send us your credit card details - the number and
expiry date). Based on past experience we recommend
our guests to take out suitable travel and
cancellation insurance.
Cross-country tickets:
You can purchase your cross-country ski ticket at
our hotel. This ticket allows you to use the crosscountry
trails and to use the shuttle busses to
access the cross-country ski areas of the Olympia
Region Seefeld during your stay.
