The geomembrane reservoir manufactured by flat die shows excellent
mechanical properties and durability providing higher stability and safety for
impermeabilization systems.

HDPE TEXTURED GEOMEMBRANE
RESERVOIR - Flat Die
Textured Polimanta offers the same impermeabilization barrier as the flat geomembrance,
with advantages associated to interface friction, stability, safety and performance of the
impermeabilization system. Its high-relief texture, manufactured by the mechanical engraving
system, assures texture uniformity and repeatability, provides conical peaks designed for
high-performance friction.
There are also smooth edges for excellent welding-resistance
conditions in field and lack of folds and creases typical for the
balloon process.

Polimanta is intended for impermeabilization of environmental protection works. It is
manufactured of best-quality virgin resin, especially developed for manufacturing of
geomembranes, combined with German flat die extrusion technology, whose conditions of
controlled crystallization process in calenders assure excellent mechanical properties and
durability, in addition to the lack of folds and creases typical for the circular process.

®
is the HDPE geomembrane line of Nortène group, designed for impermeabilization
projects, which require excellent mechanical resistance, resistance to chemical
products and the sun rays. GEOTENE ® geomembrance is manufactured by the circular die
extrusion technology and its main raw material is high-density polyethylene (HDPE),
addition of carbon black, thermal stabilizers and antioxidants.

TECDREN ®

CONSOLIDATION AND VERTICAL DRAINAGE
CONSOLIDATION OF SOFT SOILS
Tecdren
®
is a vertical draining geocomposite designed to offer high outflow capacity,
excellent resistance and flexibility.
Used to reduce the consolidation time by removal of water from compressible soils (soft
soils). With geo-drain sunk vertically, the captured water is conveyed through the draining
core channels to the land surface.
MAIN INDICATIONS
• Construction works on roads, bridge abutment, railways, airports, ports, dams, industrial parks
and other projects on low support capacity soil;
• Relief of neutral pressure in dams, dikes and structure;
• Preventive draining on buried walls.

NORDREN - VERTICAL
AND HORIZONTAL DRAINAGE
Line of geocomposites constituted of high-quality geosynthetic elements, which together
form an efficient draining system. There are various configurations and types of draining
cores, geotextile and polyethylene films developed for the different engineering
deployments.
Geotextile work as filtering elements, films perform barrier function, while the three-dimensional
high-density polyethylene core convey the flow of liquids and gases. Nordren shows
high outflow capacity, excellent mechanical properties, chemical and biological resistance.

HORIZONTAL:
• Floor, gardens, green roofs, sport fields, etc.

GEOCOBER ®

TEMPORARY COVERAGE
Geocober
®
is a light and resistant polyethylene film, especially developed for temporary
coverage of waste disposal areas, such as sanitary landfills, mining tailings and others.
MAIN APPLICATIONS
Developed with good tear and tensile strength and easily applied on uneven surfaces, such
as landfill waste cells, industrial waste, mining tailings, etc.
As temporary coverage during the cell operational phase, fixation is quite simplified,
it is enough to put weights, such as sandbags, for example.
Geocober is resistant. It can be removed and reused according to the operation need.
In some construction sites, it is used as a sacrifice film, not removing it upon the cell
stacking, as this is more practical.

GREENFORCE ®

SLOPE ENFORCEMENT NETTING
“REINFORCED GRASS”
®
GreenForce netting is used as “reinforced grass”, a slope protection system recommended
for erodible sandy, silty and steep soils.

The GreenForce erosion-control function is shade the slope and preserve
the humidity of the soil, thus, assuring good germination rate of the planted grass.
As a final solution, we have homogeneous plant coverage, with netting that
fits together with the plant, promoting reinforcement and protection of the slope.

ENGELOK
® PROFILE FOR CONCRETE FIXATION
Engelock is a PE (polyethylene) profile, manufactured by the extrusion process,
used for the geomembrane fixation to concrete structures.
APORTE
® WELDING WIRE
The support is a cylindrical PE (polyethylene) profile, similar to a cord.
It is used in automatic machines for extrusion welding of the geomembrane in
interference details, repairs (patches) and connections to concrete structures.
