6 and 14 March 2020
As part of the Work Great on A Great Street programme and in conjunction with International
Women’s Day, ORBA organised one-off workout events for stakeholders along Orchard Road. On
6 March 2020, Park Hotel Alexandra organised a yoga workout on its premises for its employees,
while Hilton Hotel held a Zumba session at Wheeler’s Estate for its staff on 14 March 2020.

CHRISTMAS
CONTRIBUTIONS

Hitachi Asia Ltd generously sponsored the 2019 Christmas Light-Up, as it had for the past 29
years as part of its Christmas community outreach programme.
For its Hitachi Plays Santa CSR event last year, Hitachi and ORBA collaborated with the
Moulmein-Cairnhill Constituency to benefit the less fortunate residents in the area. Hitachi
gifted 190 mattress sets as well as FairPrice and Popular Bookstore vouchers using funds raised
from a staff donation drive. It was indeed a meaningful afternoon not just for the beneficiaries,
but for the Hitachi employees who volunteered their time and effort for the distribution.
